The Manhattan Hotel

We have come here for 3 times and always felt satisfied so much. Today is my wife’s birthday and the restaurant in the Manhattan Hotel offered us some beautiful cakes for free of charge. How amazing their service has been! Thank you so much and we will come back!

It's perhaps better than the type of hotel it is modeled after, truly superior in many ways.

Excellent stay! Love the staff, they were super helpful throughout our stay. They even provided aspirin to my wife after hours! The rooms are spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. The tub in the bathroom is deep enough to eat a good soak! The views are great from any room and the overall stay was just enjoyable. Side note: Between our broken Japanese and the staffs ability using English we were able to get everything done with minimal fuss. Sometimes life in Japan is frustrating, did not experience that at all here.

We had a nice view of the park from our room. The room was very large and I liked the dining room area. The staff was amazing. Great service and we enjoyed having dinner in the room.

Absolutely love this hotel, I have stayed here more nights than I care to remember when on business. It's comfortable, spotlessly clean, furnishings maybe a little dated but the staff are incredible and can't do enough for you. The best showers ever if you like high-pressure! I have another 21 nights booked in July and really looking forward to returning to my 'home' in Japan.

Truly exceptional. I've stayed in many hotels worldwide from one star to five, but never had better service. It's an immaculately kept place, white marble floors on the main floor, Japanese and Western restaurants, and a bar on the 21st floor overlooking Tokyo Bay. The staff are attentive to a fault and go out of their way to help without being obtrusive. I came here for a conference--clearly it's not at the hub of the Tokyo area--but if the opportunity arose to revisit, this is the place I would always choose. Outstanding.

Quaint little hotel. Nice Japanese restaurant attached. Bar on top is great. Most importantly, the people here are helpful, always smiling and warm. Location is close to Station and mall for more options to eat. Airport bus stops at hotel so no issues reaching from Narita or reaching Narita. What more does a man want.

English speaking friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is delicious with variety of options offering American style buffet as well as japanese style breakfast. The rooms and the bsth have a very good view.

This hotel near Kaihinmakuhari train station. Their services at the top.
The room quite compact but complete with room facilities.
They are direct bus from this hotel to the airport ehich you can purchase the ticket from the counter.
Here have good view of Tokyo sea and if you lucky enough to have clear sky, you could see mount Fuji.

Fabulous luxurious art deco hotel with baths that make you feel like Hepburn and heated loo seats! Staff make you feel like royalty too. Highly recommend.

American Franco inspired house with luxury service. I recommend the Western style breakfast as the variety of offerings trumps the other restaurants.

Hotel is very luxury. What I loved was the tv screen in the bathroom with remote blind opener.
