Hotel New Otani Makuhari

I am a first time traveler to Japan and Hotel New Otani was my first proper hotel that I have stayed longer than 24 hours besides The Royal Park at Haneda Airport which I had stayed only 6 hours after my flight from Bangkok….. I am impressed with the service, the attentiveness, caring, professionalism of the staffs and cleanliness of the hotel is top notch 🙏🏽
I am definitely coming back next year!

Great if you habe you Business at the exhibitiin. Also the top roof Restaurant is good. Nearby there are not rally good Restaurants :(.

Staffs are very nice. They helped me to charge my phone while I was waiting for my mother. Good view and service. The bed is little bit high, but it is ok. Breakfast was provided in buffet with both Western and washoku style so to ensure you will have a full energy to start a new day. You can also walk to the Outlet for shopping. Nice place for a short get-away from "small" Tokyo.

If you get the room with a great view, it can be enough to satisfy you. Probably one of the older hotels in Makuhari, the rooms that haven’t been renovated may have the 90s vibe in the rest rooms. We stayed longer than 2 weeks and the staff were friendly and there were many female staffs, even with the handling of luggages. It felt safe with the friendly female staff.

The room that we stayed in was quite small but very clean. Nice view of Yokohama from the window. All high quality fittings, including desk and table lamps. Large flat 50" Panasonic LED TV. Fridge was stocked with (alcoholic)beverages. Provided soap, shampoo and conditioner are of high quality. This is the only one of 4 hotels with a built-in bedside fm radio!

Great hotel in excellent location, just across a bridge to Makahuri Messe - Chiba exhibition center. Amazing breakfast, lovely hospitality. Highly recommended.

Very accommodating, clean, and fair enough for the services they offer. Nice place to stay and very near to makuhari station. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the vicinity

Excellent hotel. The elevators resemble the cover of the movie The Great Gatsby. The food is tasty, the chef prepares great Japanese food. It would be cool if the gym and swimming pool were included in the room rate, perhaps, would use the service. Thanks for the great service ❤

Excellent customer service. The staff is totally competent and extremely polite Very good for individuals and families. Outstanding facilities for large social and business events. Not far from Haneda Airport. The train station is walking distance, so you can get to the center of Tokyo very easily while at the same time interacting with the nice Japanese people.

This place feels high class the moment you walk in the door. Out of this world customer service these guys will break their backs to get you anything you need for a comfortable stay. Rooms are bigger than what you'd find at Apa hotel or similar but the bathroom is still a shower/bath combined in my room and not separate like a resort hotel would. Recommended for any type of event at Makuhari Messe

This hotel very exclusive and luxury near Kaihinmakuhari. Their services at the top.
The room also quite big compare to other hotel.
They are direct bus from this hotel to the airport ehich you can purchase the ticket from the counter.
Here have good view of Tokyo sea and if you lucky enough to have clear sky, you could see mount Fuji.

Love the Shiseido toiletries, clean rooms and genuinely attentive staff. It's location is great, too. The vicinity is complete with a convention center, upscale hotels, shopping outlets, malls and train station.

Nice hotel, they use Shisheido product for their shampoo and body wash. The hotel provide facial soap as well including basic toiletries.
The hotel still uses old credit card system, make sure to check with your bank with pin base system on method of pymt.

The new Otani hotel is 5 mins walk away from Kaihim makuhari Station. The hotel reception is awesome, friendly staff, nice well-furnished rooms with required amenities.  GYM, steam and hot sauna are fantastic. In the lounge, they have super-size massage chair. Meditation room, each guest privacy is hotel’s concern and it is well handled. This hotel is in out skirt of Tokyo, there are limousine bus service from Haneda Airport, the beach too walk away, from the hotel we can have Mount Fuji view, it is very good that the Mt Fuji is calm and penancing, the coat of the snow on its is added beauty.

Nice classic Japanese Hotel. Medium to small sized rooms, very clean. Polite staff and nice location in the exhibition area. Great food, venues and mall in close proximity

Very nice services , excellent room and view from the room plus the most convenient area for dining, shopping and meeting.

Room was clean, quite spacious for Japanese standards, staffs are able to understand and speak good English. Bathtub and shower are both available.

Fabulous clean spacious room, have closet, some tea bags. Very convenient to show grounds, Aeon mall, Mitsui outlet mall and mrt。
