地域密着型のため狭いが対応は良い。

対応された方がひどかった。最初からイライラしているようで、早口で丁寧さのかけらもない。なぜあんな喧嘩ごしなのか。普通に言ってくれればいいのに、わざと不愉快な気分にさせる言い方。制服を着ていたので局員だと思うが、あんな対応なら窓口ではなく裏方の方が良いのではないでしょうか？数年前にいた方はみなさん丁寧な方だったので、残念でならない。

保険請求に必要な物をチェックしてくれたものを準備していったら、足りないから出来ない、と言われた。自分達でチェック入れたのに、チェックが抜けてますね、の一言。自分とこのミスのくせに、謝りもしない。態度も気に入らん。わざわざ行ったのに腹立つ。
