Its a lovely place to hangout in chiba area, its beautifully decorated and elegant place.
You can see the awesome view of Tokyo, specially in the night time. There is one restaurant also. Very busy on Saturday and Sunday but other days are not so many people around.

You get 100 yen discount for showing your monorail day pass. Ticket is usually 470 yen or something.

Good place to spend some hours looking at the sea.
