I cannot say enough about this hotel. The service is exceptional! Like most people in Okinawa, the staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Some of the staff speak English which makes it easier to communicate. They truly go out of their way to help & make you feel welcome. We were treated like royalty & not like "foreigners". Our room was spacious & had 3 beds. The bathroom was equipped with a fancy bidet & a walk in shower room with a bathtub. There is a parking garage right across the street. There is a fee for daily parking of 1500 yen. On site is also a beautiful pool, a small shop with snacks, drinks, beauty products, & trinkets, a workout room, a lounge/ bar, & a restaurant that serves a buffet style breakfast & lunch. There is also another restaurant for dinner only. Room service is available with limited menu. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Okinawa.

The location is pretty nice and city center for Okinawa. The services were attentive and pretty friendly for non Japanese speaker. Overall we had decent time staying here for 3 nights!

Excellent room and stay, they bemt over backward to support the visit. Underground parking, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Only one issue. Make the gym access 24/7 and not 7-20. Those are terrible hours for normal people who have things to do during the day

Pretty new contemporary hotel just steps away from the busy Makishi with many shops, restaurants, and few blocks from Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street. Other landmarks are also within walking distance like the Tomari Port Ferry Terminal, Naha Bus Terminal, etc. The room layout is well designed, looked spacious. Good quality furniture. The recliner chair is very nice to seat down and look out of the window. Nice tea set and art work inside the room.

Nice luxurious hotel at a very strategic location. Very close to main shopping street, Kokusai-dori. A lot of great restaurants and izakaya nearby. Excellent service by the front desk team. Overall, we had a great experience staying here!

Up scale trendy hotel in Okinawa. very clean and new. Services are great, and they have a club on the 18th floor which is good for drinks and a snack. But you have to join their club or stay on their club level. Great bar with perfect view on the top floor. Perfect for a night cap. Very enjoyable stay. The only thing is breakfast selection is limited. But considering the location, breakfast in the hotel doesn't really seen necessary.

The hotel is one my family and I like to frequent during the summer. Their rooftop pool is quite relaxing. Staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near one of the busy tourist streets in Naha so there are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. Beds in the hotel are quite comfy. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Love the hotel ! I feel sophisticated and elegant here with their selection of furnitures and other materials. Cleanliness is unquestionable. Pajamas are provided and very comfortable. Coffee comes with regular and decaffeinated(Japanese UCC) Its so perfect for our last night in Okinawa. Location is so conveniently near the main street and walk distance to the fish market and restaurants. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Price wise is worth it!

Excellent service and excellent rooms! The hotel is very new and it shows. Suite and lounge both have a good amount of space, with the lounge providing a vast amount of food in the evening and for breakfast. You won't find many places that offer better food/drinks for this price. Short train ride and walk from the airport.

Stayed for 3 days during 1st family vacation to Okinawa. The hotel was great. Staff are so friendly and room and surroundings all very nice. Nearby International Street which was very convenient. Pool and hot tub on the 3rd floor also very nice. The Bar on tbe 18th floor has a fantastic view of Naha at night and is a good place for a drink or two.

Staying at the Hyatt Regency Naha using 6k hotel points and $75USD per night.  This was a great option due to the location and redemption value.

Using Hyatt's Cash and Points Redemption:

At a Category 3 Hyatt, that’s 6000 World Of Hyatt points + $75USD per night. The cash rate for the hotel was about $300/night which makes using points a no brainer.  You could also value the cost of this stay to be about $140/night, but after looking at the hotel prices in Naha I knew I wasn't going to get a better deal.

With my rental car, I drove right to the front of the hotel and was hit with a warm welcome.  They helped take my luggage out of the car and walked me to the front desk. They were about the valet park the car but I asked them to keep it out front since I’d be going to return the car soon.

Checking In At The Hyatt Regency Naha:

Checking in went smoothly, they upgraded me from a standard room (what you get on points) to a Deluxe room for being a platinum member. I’m only a platinum member because I have the Chase Hyatt credit card.  They told me they received an envelope addressed to me (I ordered a JR pass) and would bring it up to my room with the luggage.

Room 1107:

The room had two beds. I asked for a room with only one bed at the front desk but they told me all rooms have two beds.  Hmm, I guess that makes more sense since they can accommodate more people. They offered to push the beds together so I could have one SUPER BED. With a calm and cool demeanor, I accepted this offer.

Using the Laundry Machines:

I really like the this Hyatt had laundry machines that you could use yourself. I NEVER pay for laundry service at hotels that charge a "per item" rate.  If they didn't have one, I was going to find a laundromat somewhere in the city.

The laundry machine was really cool! It was one large unit that WASHED and DRIED your clothes.  At a cost of 500JPY for a 3kg load.  You can add more than 3kg but your clothes probably won’t dry as quickly.

This was convenient since you wouldn't have to go back to the machine to move your clothes from the washer to the dryer.  Although, it did take 2-3 hours for this to finish.  They had one of these laundry machines on almost every even floor of the hotel.

The Pool:

It's hot and humid in Okinawa so the pool is always a good option. The pool is located several floors up from the ground so you get a nice city view as you swim around.

Location:

The absolutely best thing about staying at this hotel was the location.  There is an immense amount of places to eat around this hotel.  I didn't eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel since all the really good places were outside.  The hotel is located at a 5-10 minute walk from the city's only tram and a 2-minute walk from the Kokusai Dori, the main street where you can find all the restaurants and places to shop!  I would have hung out here a week just to eat.

Clean and spacious room (difficult to find in Japan) near the local tourist street - about 5 min walk to the main tourist street and 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro (300Y ride) so totally walkable even with luggage. Also next door is pottery street as well as some.good soba restaurants (warning: avoid restaurants on tourist street as most are overpriced and not good). The hotel itself is quiet, clean and comes with all the amenities you can expect from a Hyatt. Only downside is lack of English ability requiring a walk downstairs for any more detailed requests.

Very clean and efficient. Staff were very helpful and the gym and jacuzzi tub were very clean. I would recommend if you want to have a drink with a view 😊 pop up to the bar. It's beautiful at night. 😊
