Best experience, altough we have to wait about 45 minutes to get ourself seated but its very very worth to wait. We try their favourite menu and that became our favourite too. Side dish is acceptable too. After payment, you will handed some delicious candy

Great Cost-performance that provides high quality of food with affordable price. We did enjoy the steak and hamburger. However, the time-performance is a bit low, because it took our 3 hours to queue. I will consider to re-visit if there is not a long queue.

We were just two tourists and our hotel was around the corner. Looking for a place to eat. The way this restaurant works is completely new to us, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. I think a lot of local people eat here because it had a waiting list. But we found it to be well worth it. The food was delicious and not to expensive. And also a great experience if you are fom out of town.

One of the most famous burger chain in Shizuoka Prefecture. Prepare to wait at least 40 minutes during dinner time and they don’t have any options to reserve in advance.

Sawayaka is so popular in Shizuoka. So you better hurry to get your ticket first before going anywhere. We got our ticket 4pm and we waited for 2 hours so we decided to go karaoke first. Anyways, the food was so good and they serve not more than 10 minutes.

Waiting 1 1/2 hours just to eat for 5 minutes might just be my favourite activity in any Japanese city. So far it’s always been worth it.

Truly one of the best restaurants around Shizuoka.
They're located near Shin-Shizuoka station with a few minutes walk to a Cenova department store building on the 5th floor.
There's usually a waiting line which lasts about 10-15 minutes. It may be shorter if you're just 2 persons.
We ordered their hamburger set which turned out amazing.
They serve it on a hot plate and the chef comes to your table to further prepare and cut the hamburger steak and add your desired sauce. Truly a splending display.
The restaurant also serves steaks for the steak lovers out there.
I would definitely come back again in the future to try out their other meals.

This is a must try if you visit Shizuoka. This hamburg steak restaurant is only available in Shizuoka. Personally, my favorite hamburg steak restaurant period.

Excellent restaurant in Shizuoka. They are specialized in Hamburg, which is pretty much burger patty without the buns. They will finish the cooking of meat right at your table so there is also a wow factor. The only downside is that you need a reservation in advance because people like to go to eat here.

If you're an American and craving a nice steak, this is your place! While the portions aren't what you're used to expecting, the quality definitely makes up for it. They season and cook your steak to perfection and aren't afraid of rare.

Thier genkotsu hamburg with onion sauce is the best hamburg I have ever eaten ! I waited 80mins but it's worth it !

Very good food, like seriously good. The queue can be long but it mostly clears up in no time.

Plus 2 more stars for its good quality of meat, delicious onion sauce, fresh bread, and sweet sweet carrot.
