Yagizaki Park

It was a very nice view during almost sunset. You can see Mount Fuji if the weather is good. It was so chill and less tourist here. Usually the local will come here for walk. Definitely will come back here again!

Wonderful and quiet, the view is amazing! You can sit on the grass for hours and get a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and the lake, As well as mt. Fuji

Such a stunning location to take another look of Mt Fuji if weather permits. Unfortunately the day was too cloudy for me to enjoy the view. But this will be a perfect spot with less people if you want to enjoy the view.

Great place for a morning jog that links to Lake Kawaguchiko. Perfectly maintained grounds and the lake and hills are simply stunning.

Good park area for kids to run around.

Very nice place, quiet and beautiful view if there are no clouds. Cycling around the lake is so soothing and beautiful. I recommend.

Super super cold as its near Mount Fuji. Beautiful park with beautiful lake. No words to describe the beauty as I went there when the sun was setting down. Don't be deceived if you read that temp about 15 deg because I can tell you it was 0 deg at about 4pm and luckily there was a cafe house for us to get heated up

Great place to see Mt Fuji! Free entrance and there's a lake too. Very calm and windy. There's flowers near entrance too.

Very simple but very amazing. Love coming here in the evening. So peaceful.

It's a beautiful lake and the park grounds are extremely well kept. There are no commercial signs, or other unattractive distractions.

We rode bikes around the lake and stopped at various shops for coffee and desserts.

The only problem, my group and I had, we were there for only a day trip. I would like to spend more time there, as there is so much to see and do. I seldom write so much about places I visit, but I was completely taken.

We stayed at a nearby hotel and had the opportunity to enjoy this park around sunset. It was a spectacular park with sakuras lining Lake Kawaguchiko and an amazing view of Mount Fuji. The added bonus was a shrine we could walk to during low tide in the middle of the lake. Moreover, it was relatively quiet during the Sakura season. We actually preferred this park over the more popular Oishi Park across the lake.

We skipped some people traffic at the local bus stop and caught a short taxi ride over to #yagizakipark to begin the morning.
The muse museum is super cute with its little garden, the brunch spot/store itself has cute hand made figurines & other souvenirs.
We couldn't leave without trying that moscato icecream first! Oishī!! 🍦✨
The lavender fields color was so eye catching and the smell was refreshing.

The lake itself is absolutely beautiful!🏞 👏🏼

Continuing the walk along the southern shore you can see #rokkakudo as well a mini shrine on a small island just within arms reach.

It's a lovely park and great area to enjoy the natural landscape & wildlife, exploring the lakeside is a must if in the area!

Don't be too afraid when you run into the giant golden orb weaver spiders🕸

A really nice park and is a great spot to view Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchiko, but not within the same photo. Parking is very limited, so try to get here before the tourists come. The park is large so it doesn't feel claustrophobic. One of the must visit but might not be as popular as other spots.

Spectacular views!! But a bit far away from the bus stop. We take taxi there. Need to walk for around 15 mins to the bus stop.

Amazing view of Mt Fuji with a nice peaceful lake view. Not so crowded with tourist and a great place to relax. As well they don’t allow bikes on the park but you can park it on the car lot

If you are nearby, and want have relaxed time or hang out, the park is the suitable one. You can enjoy the Fuji view. More importantly you can park your car here for free. So no parking issues as well.

Beautiful, serene park with amazing views

After 2 days in Kawaguchiko, l realized the best way to enjoy this place is to go away from the maddening crowds. Seek out places that have not been made famous by instagram. This park is one of those places. Super serene with great views of Mt Fuji. Went during sunset and it was spectacular

Beautiful view of the lake and Mt. Fuji. Many locals and tourists will visit there for relaxation and dog-walking.
