HOTEL MYSTAYS Fuji Onsen Resort

This hotel is my best stay so far. Good location if you want to go to fuji Q highland. And very easy to take a bus to Mt. Fuji panoramic ropeway. I pay a little bit more to see Mt. Fuji view and really worth it for my experience. Many bus line for sightseeing very close by. Great front desk receptionist very helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant wasn't bad. Definitely will come back and recommend to friends and family. Thumbs-up 👍👍👍👍👍

This hotel offers not only luxury spa and bath but also probably the world's best Mount Fuji view from a hotel window. Small but very comfortable and clean room, delicious breakfast. I would definitely come back!

This hotel has everything you need. There is a large Onsen on the top floor, and great views with the former and the rooms of Mt Fuji, an icon of Japan. There is a buffet breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the restaurant on 1st floor. All the staff are really nice, they gave my kid ice cream at the restaurant for free because he wanted it.

Room: great for family of 4 ; slightly small but it’s just nice. Would be great if bigger as there’s not much space left having your luggages in the room. Go for mountain view if u want to have a great mt fuji view from your room.
Internet: free wifi available with great connectivity and speed
Laundry: coin laundry and dryer available. ¥300 for wash, ¥100 for every 15mins drying. Need to prepare at least 45-60 mins drying cycle.
Breakfast: selection is the same everyday. Good choices.
Onsen: great onsen with indoor and outdoor onsen available.
Location: 5 mins walk to Fuji-Q station.
1min walk to Arakura bus station
Parking: free parking is available at the premise.
Staff service: hotel staff are friendly and will guide you through any issues you encounter/ ask for travel advise

Only had a one night stay but the onsen was a great. We did twice (evening and morning). Pyjamas were provided. Very near the Fujkyu theme park so helpful for ppl who wants to go this theme park.
We didn’t try breakfast as the vouchers were sold out.
One thing to note that this is a bit far from the main kawaguchiko station though you can take train Fujikyo-highland station or bus.
Great view of Mt Fuji from our room (though did have Fujikyu roller coaster in it).

I booked a standard double room for one night without a Fuji view but have no complains. Service was excellent from the check in to the restaurant, as you can expect from the japanese. The onsen was good and clean. I dont know why this isnt a 4 star hotel.

Excellent service, rooms were nicely kept. There was a suspicious stain on one of the chairs but otherwise, the room was tidy and clean. Provided information and assistance when using the onsen for the first time. Good location, nice view of mt fuji from the lobby.

I travel from Kawaguchiko station by a train which is only 1 stop with a short distance walk. The room, breakfast, and dinner is superb. I would recommend anyone who want a mid-range hotel near kawaguchiko/Fuji Q. However, it took sometimes to deposit our luggage before the check-in time.

Highly recommended. Excellent service by the staff from front desk down to the restaurant. Rooms and onsen have the superb view of Mount Fuji.

Pons:
1. Excellent service. The staff speaks good english. Can give accurate and clear info
2. Long hours service of hot spring, close at 1am on sat and 11 pm on sun. Clear instruction and clean area
3. Spacious room, clean, nice to have humidifier within the room
4. Amazing view if chose mount fuji room, unforgettable experience when seeing the clear mount fuji after waking up in the morning

Cons
1. A bit far away from station if we bring kids (not a super big concern indeed)
2. No good food around, a lot of good restaurants do not service children because of that some will smoke. (We are too tired to travel to other places, not a vy big deal)

came here to stay overnight for the sunrise. has onsen. tap water from mt fuji. plan your visit to this region carefully if you're a tourist. not easy to get around in the cold and not a lot of taxi service around

Beautiful views of Mt fuji and the team here are super awesome. The onsen is a nice experience too! Bus stop and Fuji-Q is nearby and there is Lawsons closeby for all your snack and drink needs. This hotel also has the best wifi i have experienced 185mbps!

The bath on the top floor was really nice. There's an indoor and outdoor bath, both of which have an amazing view of mt fuji. Attached is a photo from the hotel room of Mount fuji, highly recommended

It was a dream for me to see Mt Fuji and to see it in such intimate and cozy space was incredible. The onsen was great with a semi outdoor options. I didn't see any stars but the contrast from cold room to a hot onsen was awesome!

If you get a room with a view of Mt. Fuji, it's nice, but the way the rooms are built, you have to be standing in a particular area of the room to see Mr. Fuji. It would have been nice if they built the windows all the way across the wall so you could see Mt, Fuji from anywhere in the room.

Breakfast was good--a mixed buffet of Western and Japanese cuisine.

Room is spacious and cosy with my Fuji view … love onsen and hotel location is near Fuji high Q station , we enjoyed our stay here

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was great. Nearby the amusement park and local restaurants.

We were lucky enough to have the rooms on 6th floor. The view of Mt. Fuji was absolutely epic! Especially in the morning.

The rooms were cleaned and new. Visiting onsen is a must. Friendly stuff. The only thing we didn’t like was the stair to the reception, since we had heavy luggages. But overall everything was perfect!

Location is very convenient, just next to Fuji-Q Highland (about 5 minutes walk). The public onsen located on the 7th floor and has great view. Some room has Mount Fuji view and some has forest view. Also you can enjoy Mount Fuji while having breakfast at the restaurant 💯👌
