Incredible for the price and location. A great base to visit nearby Tokoname with. I was shocked we even had a hearty free breakfast!! The price per person is comparable to some hostels/capsule hotels.

Friendly staff, very reasonably priced and breakfast included. Rooms are always clean and they will do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable. Location is perfect for layovers or late night flights when you are too tired to keep traveling.

If you're looking for an affordable hotel near Chubu International Airport, then this one's for you. Clean room and the view outside is just 💯 highly recommended!

This place is near the airport. And then there is a family mart. Nice !!!

We are staying here during our 6 day COVID quarantine. The rooms are very clean! Staff are kind and helpful. They have nice bathrooms, great water pressure and hot water. The beds are firm and they have down comforters. There is a tea kettle, refrigerator, blow dryer and safe in every room. I would stay here again!

Very close to the 3rd floor of the airport, 5-10 minutes walk or take a free shuttle that takes just as long because of the one way streets but is nice after a long flight. Lobby is often crazy busy with lingering guests however staff are very effecient and will direct you to the quickest front desk personnel who are friendly and eager to serve. Rooms are very small but clean and comfortable and all you need for an overnight stay. The buffet breakfast in the morning doesn't look all that great but tastes great! The quality of the food served there is excellent, very tasty mini croissants and buns, small sausages, delicious salads, all in all very good value for the fee and would recommend to anyone. On a side note, this place does not have a public bath, however the airport does and I would highly recommend going back to the 4 floor of the airport and going to the public bath that is there, best way to relieve and rejuvenate a weary body from long flights!

Typical of Toyoko Inn hotels. Similar I guess to UK hotels. Everything you need in a relatively large (for Japan) room; especially for the money. Video on demand is very good value. 200 films for about 3 pounds. (Including a large selection of adult films - again typical for Japan) there's a 7-11 right outside.

I had an unexpected stopover due to typhoon Trami hitting Okinawa. They were rammed in this place with 100's of people I the lobby wanting rooms. I typical Japanese fashion. People queued and were seen to in a timely fashion (for the situation) I feel had this happened in the UK there would have been a lot more raised tempers and lower conduct in this difficult situation.

The staff were excellent. Most spoke English if you need it and you can actually walk to this hotel from the airport or there is a free shuttle.

Highly recommended as are all the Toyoko Inn hotels throughout Japan.

As a transit hotel, I found they are great. Very clean and simply has anything you need for a transit, short or long. Price is acceptable and they have free shuttle service from the airport and the hotel. Highly recommended if you need to stay nearby Chubu Centrair airport

walking distance from airport or ride the free shuttle (takes about 10 mins because of u-turns and one ways). there's a breakfast buffet but we didn't try it so i can't comment on that. staff are friendly. free sterilized pajama/night gown. wifi is ok.

Hotel was easy to find and within walking distance of the airport. Room was nice and cozy, had the essential necessities. Staff was kind and helpful. Convenience store attached to the building. Would recommend

Large, fluffy bed and warm room during cold winter in Nagoya, that itself deserves 5 stars. Considering that it is an airport/business hotel, the room was larger and comfier than APA hotels. The checkin was very fast, but they would only give you the room key at 4 PM. I came in from Centrair airport and the shuttle bus only came in after 3:40 PM. You get pyjama gown downstairs and also a ladies’ kit which consisted of DHC facial mask and hair band. Breakfasts are Western and Japanese dishes, served from 6:00 AM.

I went here just to fetch my sister in law bcoz she did quarantine for 3days. So far, it looks good outside. And staff's are well manner 😇

Rooms were very clean and cute, stayed on a single room. Very conveniently close to the airport. Encountered no issues at all.

Despite it's name it is a beautiful hotel. Close proximity to seven-eleven, eTeries and retail stores. 10 minutes walk to the airport.

The place was great. but the wifi is weak, the food is delicious but served cold. Nice experience btw would go there again

Farther than I thought from the airport. I didn't know that they have shuttle bus. I only used the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport.
