Room is spacious with full set of in-room amenities. The room is new and clean with large bathroom separated toilet. You can walk to terminal easily which is good for morning flight. I would stay there again if a chance.

Directly connected to Terminal 1 Departure area. Room quite big given the affordable price. Even the bath tub has a view of the planes. Perfect airport hotel.

If you want the nearest hotel to the airport, then this is the place to be. A 1 minute walkway only separates this hotel to the departure area of the airport. The best part, the price is reasonable and cheap. Ammenities are the best. It even offers vacuum packing at only ¥100! Breakfast is likewise great.

Nice, clean room. Located just 5 minutes walk after clearing Customs. Bed and pillows a little hard for me. Room comes with small bathtub and a Japanese style sitting shower. Toilet bowl warm up for winter season.

I love it❣ Beautiful, clean, convenient, modern hotel. I enjoyed dining, shopping, UNIQLO, and MUJI at the airport. Access from the hotel is really convenient with a 2-min walk! The lounge has 24H coffee service.

We stayed in the newest building. Very pleasant and comfortable with a very helpful staff. We also liked the free massage-chair in the lobby. A very good service for guests.
We also liked the breakfast. Full of variety. A nice and quiet atmosphere which gave us a luxurious feeling.

First time traveler to Japan and this gem was my introduction to the people, culture and food. Check in was fast easy and pleasant. The room was spacious, clean and creative. The breakfast was full of fresh fruit, fish, vegetables and breads and much more. The presentation of the food was very nice. They served standard Japanese fair but also many western dishes. Was daring and stayed with the Japanese food. Very good! Like the European coffee I couldn't get enough. Full rich taste. Very reasonable price and after traveling from the States you cannot beat the location.

I'd prefer thicker pillows and it's occasionally noisy in the hallways but overall a good stay in a nice little airport.

This my third time here. This hotel Is awesome! The guest lounge ist equipped with coffee machine, working stations, pcs and copy machine.
U can try the relaxing Massage Chair.
Silent and comfort rooms.
And of course, it's close to the departure Floor. U can reach it, in few minutes.

Excellent hotel. Directly connected to the terminal, the hotel location is well placed for convenience not only to the terminal but also to various shops and restaurants there. There's even a "flight of dreams" complex where guests can shop and dine in a hanger-like building right next to a 787 Dream Liner!

Big room space for you to pack up your luggage and easy to pick up early flight.

I totally love this hotel! It is very convenient for travelers with very early flight departure or late flight arrival as the hotel is right in front of the arrival area of the airport. The train station to the city is also just 20 meters away from the hotel entrance. There is nowhere else that would have this convenient access.

The room is fabulous with all facilities you need. It is spacious and comfortable. The toilet and bathroom are separate, very nice for 2 people.

The breakfast is cool. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant. I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel. I highly recommend it here.

The room was near perfect and the service was excellent. I booked it via my cell and minutes later, checked in. It was seamless! Another big plus is that this hotel is actually connected to the airport building.

Great Hotel, clean and comfy. Typical Japanese hotel rooms. Great breakfast buffet. A 5 minute walk to Flight of Dreams and 15 minute drive to AEON Shopping mall.
