What a great place to buy a well priced e-bike in Okinawa. As you may know by know, the traffic in Okinawa can be substantial. So this would be a good investment in time and money. I believe I was working mostly with the owner Hiroto Iha and he was super informative and helpful. There was a bit of a language gap, but we both have translators on our phone. Which, I believe is essential especially moving to a different country with the military. I found the whole process amazing and he had lots of selection. Even though there was a bit of a language gap he was able to explain everything about the e-bike in English, some other plesentries not as much, but would communicate over his phone. I appreciated his help and he made the whole buying process amazing! Arigato gozaimasu.

Wide selection of bikes, ability to order from mainland. Staff had a lot of knowledge for bicycle systems and even travel and safety tips for the area! Rentals available for visitors and I’m sure it’s an easy way to get around the city.
Purchased a bike for easy commute and everything was very simple. They offer a service and maintenance plan along with insurance for bicycles.

Before leaving Okinawa we visited a number of bike stores in search of the perfect bike to bring back to the states. We came across Hiroto-san’s store in the Naha area and I HIGHLY recommend his store to anyone looking to rent or purchase a bike!! Hiroto-san speaks very little English but had his translator app readily available, so communicating was easy. He was so kind and patient while we tried out a number of different bikes. Once we found the perfect one, he made sure we understood how to use it and was very thorough on the instructions since it is an electric assist! He is funny and very kind!!! His store has an array of bikes to choose from whether buying or renting and he accepts card/yen !!! Thank you so much Hiroto-san!!

Wonderful buying experience. It was an absolute joy and they delivered the bike for me that day! I love my new peddle assist bicycle. It’s a perfect fit and makes the hills around this place much easier to navigate.

I would highly suggest go in here if you want to rent or even buy an electric assist bike! The owner is very sweet man, he knows barely any English but was prepared with a translator that actually works great! He was full of knowledge and help me find my perfect bike. Purchased my Yamaha Crosscore RC! Store was easy to find, staff exceptionally friendly, and parking very close! They helped size the perfect bike for me because I’m 6’3”(1.9m), we ordered it the same day, and arrived earlier than expected! We’ll be be returning soon too buy a bike for my wife!

Amazing ebike shop on Okinawa, even with a language barrier the owner was able to get me the exact bike I was looking for. Super helpful and nice staff loads of ebikes for all types of riders. The can do maintenance and care as well

What does a person do when they want to enjoy a bike ride but they have some challenges keeping up with the rest of the family given Okinawa’s hills, heat and humidity? I bought an ebike from Okinawa Electric assist bicycle sales and rental. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Their English may be limited, but that did not affect the quality of our interactions as the owner and my husband and I were all armed with Google Translate. They allow you to test ride bikes so that you have some knowledge about how the bike feels and is operated before you buy it. They have several different models in stock and if you don’t see exactly what you want, they will order it for you. I test rode a few bikes and then chose my favorite. The owner then prepped the bike to make sure everything was working correctly and I picked it up a few days later. I am so pleased with my bike and it came with a three year warranty. My family liked it so much they had to have one too. Yes, we bought two more and love them (one for my husband and one for my daughter). Okinawa no longer kicks our behinds. My ebike put the joy back into riding for me. I recommend Okinawa Electric Assist Bicycle Sales and Rental to anyone considering and ebike purchase and I will happily return to them for all my ebiking needs.

This is a great store to purchase an e-bike in Okinawa. They have a wide selection of bikes to choose from. The owner is both kind and helpful. They allowed us to try out the bikes to get a feel of the various models. While he does not speak English, you can use Google translate to get the basic idea. While prices are higher than ebikes in the US, it is not possible to purchase ship ebikes to Japan because of regulations that limit the size of batteries that can be mailed. I highly recommend this store.

I bought my Tern HSD from this shop and cannot recommend this place highly enough! The owner is awesome and went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. He had to order a new bike and insisted on dropping it off to our house, which is far away from the shop.

If you're looking for an e-bike (which I also highly recommend in general!), this is the place to go. Hiroto is so knowledgeable, friendly, and cares about selling high quality products and taking care of his customers.

Hiroto made the e-bicycle buying process very easy and efficient. He allowed my partner and I to test ride our bikes before purchase. He walked us through the ordering process and gave us an estimate as to when our bikes would arrive at the shop. When it was time to pick up our bikes he emailed us to let us know and worked with us on a convenient day/ time for pickup. He explained to us the many features of our new bikes and helped load them into our van. Although there was a language barrier everything was made easy with the use of Google translate. Hiroto was very pleasant, professional, and willing to answer any questions. A few reasons we chose to buy our bikes through Hiroto and this shop: 1) this is a small local bike shop, and we like to support local businesses. 2) this shop is also considered a manufacturer/distributor which means if there are any issues with our bikes within the warranty time frame, we can go to them directly for assistance. Bonus: Hiroto was so thoughtful and had already charged up our batteries and completed any warranty paperwork. We are very happy with our purchase.

An absolute must when visiting Okinawa! The owner was so kind and welcoming, he suggested hidden beaches for us to explore and showed us how to get there. The best way to explore Okinawa and Senega Island! The bikes were easy and fun, uphill was such a breeze with the electric assist. Affordable price, 4 hours or full day (7hours). Quick and easy way to explore, close to main beach in Naha. Absolutely recommended!!

Hiroto-san runs a great shop! He had some good bike recommendations for the range I need, and after a couple commutes it definitely handles the hills between home and work very well. As well, he has an affordable delivery option: useful as my car is too small, and home is far from Naha.

The owner helped me find the perfect bike including individualized personal adjustments for the most comfortable ride ever. I appreciate the customer service and ability to get materials bilingual in Japanese and English.

I just rented a bike from here and it s very affordable and I freaking enjoyed the ride. I rode all the way to shoujri castle and back. It lasted me and I had fun the whole way. It actually goes pretty fast. Google maps said it take an hour and I did the ride in 45 minutes.

An awesome experience and great way to see the island, the owner is very friendly and gives you a run down on how to use the bikes, as a student on a budget I can say it was well worth the experience!

沖縄へ移住して、通勤時に利用する為に自転車を購入したいと思いました！初め、普通の自転車か電動自転車か悩みましたが、沖縄は坂道が多く普通の自転車では大変かなと思い、評判の良いイーバイクさんを見に行きました。お店の雰囲気、親切な店員さん方、品揃えの豊富さ、そして何よりその場で色々な自転車を試乗したりさせてくれて実際に目で見て体感することができとても嬉しかったです。せっかくだから贅沢に楽しく通勤したいと思い、電動アシストの購入を決めました！今日納車日で、家に帰って早速色々な道を走りました！急な坂道も力を使わず余裕で、運転するのがとても楽しかったです。買ってよかったなと改めて思いました。大切に使います。またメンテナンスの時、よろしくお願いします！

いつも使っている愛車のママチャリの後輪がパンクした時に、飛び込みで修理して貰いました。直ぐに引き受けてくださり、待つこと４０分ぐらいで修理完了しました。お代はチューブを新品に交換して５０００円ほどでした。支払い方法にクレジットカードが使えます。その後は快調に走っています。有難う御座いました。
