Hotel New Nagano Next

This is a superb hotel with excellent service.

Location wise is great because it's just opposite Nagano station where everything takes place.

They provide welcome drinks, basic necessities, special pillows, bath salts, dehumidifier, nail clippers, and many more daily items that you will never think of until you need them.

They have free lockers for you to use as well.

Bigger rooms than usual hotels and they have a wide variety of amenities! Location is just a few minutes away from Nagano station :)

I chose this hotel as it was walking distance from the station, very nice and clean rooms.

Staff are friendly and attentive, always able to help and give assistance when needed.

I have enjoyed being being able to be in walking distance of all the shops and shrines, it meant that l dud not need a taxi to get home, unless l went to the onsen.

飯店有經過翻新。很新的設備。電視好大。
飯店早餐提前預約會比當天購買便宜一點。
會依照入住天數給金幣可以投入飯店的飲料機免費取得飲料一瓶。
早餐簡單好吃。

El trato del personal fue muy amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas y un plus que uno pueda hacer la selección de almohadas. Además que se pueden escoger entre muchos productos para el cuidado personal. La ubicación cerca de la estación. Además a la par tiene un restaurante muy rico.

離長野車站很近，提供各式物品及服務，櫃檯人員親切，以價格來說CP值超級高，非常適合來遊玩的旅客，而且房間內竟然還有通風換氣的機子對過敏兒超級友善！！還有每日免費的販賣機一瓶好溫馨，真的不給五星不行！

初めての利用で二泊しました。枕が選べる！ことが予約の一番の推しでした。
アメニティ、枕、コインロッカーがフロント周辺にあり、実に機能的。
部屋にはcastの装置もあり、周辺の飲食店や百貨店の割引券もあったりと、細やかなサービスがありがたいホテルでした。
朝食も美味しく、『お値段以上』なホテルだと思います。
また、長野にはうかがう機会があるので、また利用したいです。ちなみに、選んだ枕より、あらかじめ用意されてた枕の方が気持ちよかったです✌。

長野駅には様々な宿泊施設があるが、こちらはアクセスも良く、お部屋もキレイで、アメニティバイキングが充実している。赤ちゃん用の靴下などあった。金額もリーズナブル。総合的に大変有難かった。こちらはリピートすると思います。

部屋は小さめですが、スタッフの方々の対応がとてもいいです。説明も丁寧です。朝ごはんも他のホテルにはないようなものがあり、献立も日によって違うのでとてもいいです。

La ubicación es perfecta, a pasos de la estación de Nagano. Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas. No son grandes pero así es en Japón en general. Las recepcionistas muy amables y serviciales.

出張で一泊しました。朝食をお部屋にテイクアウトできるホテルは初めてでした。チサングランドがお気に入りでしたが宿泊代が少しお高いので経費節減のだめ今後はこちらを利用したいと思います。

フロントでアメニティ選び温浴剤などあり充実してます。ウエルカムドリンクも自販機で選び放題。朝食はアメリカンブレックファースト、席は少ないので部屋に持ち帰り出来ます。

長野駅に近く、駐車場も隣の大型🅿を利用出来るのでとても便利。建物内もリメイクしているので、気持ち良く利用できました。
朝食を利用しましたが、洋食系で美味しかったです。

総合的に素敵なホテルでした。
客室もとても清潔に保たれ、クリーニングスタッフの方々の細部にわたる御努力を感じました。
又、フロントの方もとても親切にご説明してくださり、安心感を感じました。世間一般的に、宿泊施設におけるこういったサービスは当たり前のことである…とされているのですが、その当たり前を大切にされているスタッフ皆様のお姿が、来客されるひとりひとりの心に残り、リピートされていくのだと確信しております。
そして立地も良く、長野駅徒歩2分。善光寺だって近い！デパートや美味しいお店も沢山ありすぎて1泊ではとても足りないほどです。
