A-must bakery shop you should try.
The very best Croissant and French Baguette.
Freshly Toast is also very very good.

Everything in this shop is delicious!

No queue on working hour.
Neither table.

Once you teste the croissant, you'll be back to buy more.

What a great bakery. Theres too much good stuff here. I wish I had one back in the US! I dont think you can go wrong, everything I ate here was delicious, and at very reasonable prices.

I would highly recommend you go to Train Bleu. I have been to France several times. Train Bleu’s bread and pastries were better than anything I’ve had in France. Do yourself a favor and go!

Highly recommended. This is a wonderful bakery that sells the most amazing, French-style pastries and bread.

It is extremely popular and also quite small, and it is normal for quite a long line to form outside before it opens each day. It's a great place to stock up on some food before you head to the Hida Takayama folk village, or do some other sightseeing around Takayama.

If you visit on a day that they have pear danishes, you simply must try them!

Grab a snack here and explore Takayama. A little off the beaten path but pastries are really good. The have a little outdoor seating area, no real seats inside.

日本岐阜高山的麵包名店，有35年歷史。我在一家米其林餐廳第一次吃到充滿香味的法國麵包，剛好在這次旅行中，親訪這家名店。因為當天是假日，不過因為下雪，讓我們大約排了30分鐘就買到了很多美味的麵包。

這家麵包店是位於岐阜高山 的Train Bleu
👉認識這家麵包店，源自於前幾個月在名古屋的米其林星級餐廳Reminiscence，吃到的法式餐包，覺得怎麼可以這麼好吃！原來就是來自Train Bleu
麵包店的麵包主要分為三大類，有千層麵包，法國麵包，和各式各樣的吐司
主廚的千層麵包作法很厲害，由好吃的招牌可頌，各式丹麥酥，水果千層和千層螺旋起士棒都很好吃
法國麵包由最基本的French baguette，創新麵包，內餡有紅豆，飛驒牛的內餡法國麵包，都非常可口
麵包店人氣旺，一定會排隊30分鐘以上，店內的服務非常好，一次只服務一組客人來選擇麵包，店內氣氛非常舒適
我們買了一大堆麵包回家，回台灣後將法國麵包或吐司，切片放入電鍋中蒸熱一下，整個屋子都瀰漫著非常香的味道，法國麵包外皮酥脆，內部柔軟有彈性，嚼起來軟嫩，還有微微的嚼勁，非常推薦的好吃，來高山旅遊，這裡的麵包很推薦！

開店前に整理券を取ります。
開店前からめっちゃ並んでました！順番が来たら入店し、店員さんにパン🥐を取ってもらいます。最後にレジでお支払。以前は入店して自分でパンを取りましたが変わっていました(約6年前)美味しそうなパンがいっぱい🍞

ベーコンがコロコロと入ったパンがむっちゃ美味しかった！
カリッとした表面にフワフワの生地、小麦の香りも上質です。
写真はチーズとセサミのパン。
ここのパンは生地を味わえるモノを選ぶべきだと思いました。
