Went after the cherry blossom season (9th Apr), it was still beautiful enough with new young greens. This place is not well known but should be well known as a hidden gem spot to see the beautiful Japanese nature, flowers, shrines and old architecture in one park FOR FREE!

I live close to this park and have visited it many times during different seasons, and it always looks different each time. The park is quite spacious, with two old Japanese houses that have thatched roofs as exhibits. A visit to this park can be combined with a visit to the nearby Machida Squirrel Garden and Shikisai no Mori Western Garden.

A beautiful park to have a stroll or run. Serene views of the lake. There are tori gates and shrines as well

Beautiful, well maintained public park set in a natural amphitheatre with a lake, winding paths, a marsh teeming with crayfish traversed with wooden bridges and some interesting historic Japanese buildings. There's also a nice little place for reasonably priced Japanese sweets.

Quiet and tranquil. It's wedged in between a busy road but you completely forget that a road is even nearby. Relaxing and lots to do. Parking also available.

Pretty park for a walk. A lot of bench to sit down. People used to walk their dogs here. Pretty pond too
