but it was definitely not luxury very basic tent just not what I'm used too and I hate camping. As a once in a life time experience it was great and I would recommend

the jeep tour was superb was so much of the dessert and lunch was cooked for us in the middle of the dessert

Outstanding experience! My girlfriend and I reserved for a one day and one night. Arrived at the camp they invited us to relax with a Tea therefore Suleiman picked up us and we went straight to the desert to enjoy all the attraction for the all day. They provide the lunch in the desert the dinner and the breakfast, all worth it. The sunset and the sunrise were a memorable moment. The room is a mid level but in my opinion the best as they can do also for the price. I wanna thank to all the staff truly kind. I recommend to all.

I am doing a solo trip and arranged all my activities in wadi Rum with the starlight camp! Started with a 2 hours camel ride from the village to the camp with a magnificent desert view and experience! Mohammad and (shyla, the camel) has gave me a memorable welcome on desert.

When I arrive the camp I get to have a short rest and wait for the impressive sunset and a full tasty dinner is ready for me. The room is comfy and equipped with a shower and most importantly , a powerful heater to keep you warm in the desert night.

Tips: 1) check for the moonset time to enjoy the full sky of stars in the desert! 2) check for the sunrise time and get ready before the sunrise to witness the colour changing sky in the desert, you won't want to miss it.

After the night, I have a half day desert jeep tour with Rashid - he is young and knowledgeable and bring me to all the important spots in wadi Rum - and a local tea and lunch experience - we had so much fun here.

Because I have the “Journey Through 1916” Train ride experience, the team in starlight camp is super helpful to help me to arrange all the transportation from/to the train station and tourist center!

Highly recommend wadi Rum starlight camp for the activities and hospitality! Will definitely come again for the next time in Jordan!

An experience of a life time. Wadi Rum is such a magical place.
we stayed 2 nights and loved our stay. we had a problem with our private bathroom, the amazing stuff fixed the problem in no time and were very efficient. we also booked a jeep tour with the camp, our guide extended our tour beyond what was expected and showed us wonderful places (he didn't speak English but we had a lot of fun and we had a wonderful visit with a lunch in the middle of the dessert). the food was so great and most of the staff speaks English, would highly recommend.

5 stars and well deserved. Suleyman and it’s family are true great, warm and welcoming hosts. The food was amazing and the people really funny. The camp is cozy, with an amazing view on the Wadi-Rum, especially the tents facing the desert. Admiring the sunset from the rock above the camp was an experience. But the best part were the people: we didn’t have enough cash to pay them but they didn’t want us to loose any time of the experience so we arranged the next morning, without stress (but a well deserved teasing). The dinner in the common room is also an incredible experience.
Overall deciding to come here would be the best choice.

Amazing experience! Suleiman and his son welcomed us from the village and took us on a tour to see some sights around Rum. We got to the camp and were very pleased with the location and the accommodation. At night, we enjoyed a traditional zarb dinner, and spent the rest of the evening watching the stars. We took a camel ride back to the village after a tasty breakfast. Thank you for having us Suleiman! The camp is highly recommended.

Our guide, Rashed, was very knowledgeable about the dessert. He shared both historical stories about the different landmarks in the area, as well as cultural aspects about the Beduin people. Rashed really made our experience in remembering for a lifetime. Shukran!

Thank you to Suleiman, Rashid and the rest of the team for a magical memorable trip for our family. Very flexible. We went for 4 hour jeep ride and 2 hour camel ride back to town. Beautiful, lots of opportunities to climb on amazing rocks, slide down dunes, see some history and culture of the area. Comfortable and tasty food.

I had a wonderful experience with Wadi Rum Starlight, specially because they were very accommodating and flexible. While most tours start at a set time, we were able to join an ongoing tour that would best fit our schedule and we had a great experience. The location of the camp is beautiful, the food was very tasty, and Suleiman made sure everything was ok. We even got a complimentary bottle of water because we forgot to bring ours. Lovely desert experience with a very accessible price.

We stayed at Starlight Camp for one night and took the camel and off road sight seeing tour. The camp was well equipped and the room was clean. The view from the glass panel inside the room was amazing both in the morning and at night. There's a place right above the camp to enjoy the sunset over Wadi Rum. The staff were welcoming and accommodating and I highly recommend the camp.

The starlight camp team were wonderful. The tour was a great opportunity to explore and stay in Wadi Rum. Suleiman was very helpful, he recommended which tour would be the best for the time we had. The jeep tour was amazing. The camp was comfortable and the team was friendly. I reccomend staying at Starlight Camp. The views & memories are worth it!

We booked 2 nights for 2 people at the star tent with own bathroom + jeep tour. The booking with Suleiman could not have been less complicated. All was set in a few minutes and we had a really good feeling that’ll work out as we wished/imagined it. And so it was! We enjoyed the food, our little tent, the tour through the dessert, the chat with Suleimann and the camel ride. Everyone was so friendly and helpful that we could just relax and enjoy our time and felt really welcomed. The 5 stars are well deserved and we just can recommend the camp.
If I could suggest one small thing: it would have been nice if we could’ve learned a bit more about the sites that we stopped along our Jeep tour, e.g. the holy canyon or the life of the Bedouins as we really love to hear story’s from the people of the country we are visiting.

You can directly contact to the owner and ask anything you are worried about. He writes back fast and solve problems and he is happy to help. They can be flexible about facilities and adjust things according to your needs. This support provided by them is really important and helps you feel the Wadi's amazing atmosphere better.

The conditions of the camp meet expectations. In the end it's a bedouin camp and never expect 5 stars comfort. Enough for needs for a stay. They offered a satisfying jeep tour to the great places of the desert and they really care about your happiness.

In the big tent they offer tea, internet, breakfast and dinner.You can charge your phone and cameras in the tent. Quality of the food is really good. We also liked the taste of the tea. Thanks Suleiman, Rashid, Beshir, Sami and the other staff!

This was the most amazing experience I've had. What a beautiful place and what wonderful people. Mr. Suleiman and his team went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. If you want an authentic Bedouin camp you have to stay here; I would highly recommend booking the starlight tent with the glass windows - the view is breathtaking!

Starlight Camp is absolutely amazing! Suleiman & our guide Bashar were absolutely incredible, we felt so welcomed the entire trip! We cannot thank them enough for all of their time and energy to make our experience so memorable. If you want to have the trip of a lifetime, definitely book through Starlight!

I could not have asked for a better experience. Suleiman and Bashar went above and beyond in every possible way. Bashar was very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Between the amazing home cooked meals (Bedouin Bread and Tea are absolutely amazing), the Jeep tour and camel trek I could not have asked for a better time. I will remember this experience for the rest of my life.

They showed us a lot of good spots in the Wadi Rum park. We spent a really good night in the camp and the team was really inclusive, we had the feeling of being part of a Bedouin camp (with a really good Bedouin diner cooked in the sand). There are easy going and helpful, they even provided us with some bed to look at the stars (and shooting stars).

2 days 1 night booking. I enjoyed a full accommodation with jeep tour and camel ride. Great hospitality and good people! I saw the traditional beduin's life and I had the chance to talk with local people. Food was great. If your plans are for more than 1 night keep in mind to bring a towel. I suggest it for sure!

Great hospitality. I was there with my kids and we had a great experience. Suleiman and Khaled are precise and correct and have great staff. For sure one of the best option for a tour in Wadi. Consigliatissimo!
