Can I tell you fabulously fantastic. First time renting on Airbnb and in this community. I have found the place I would like to retire... Beautiful, houses, landscaping, roads, recreational spaces, shop, and lovely neighbors. Did I already day how lovely it was, ahhh nice!

Very well secured and guarded community with plenty of amenities to attract individuals in various stages of their lives.

Love this estate. Fully safe and beautiful landscape. Would definitely recommend

Great gated community if you ever need to look for a getaway Villa in Ocho Rios. The private beach is 4 miles away. There's a store in walkimg distance. Had my 30 year Vow Renewal on the beach. What a memorable experience.

It is a very peaceful and clean community.

Beautiful area! I could live here! Just need money! Jamaica is not cheap. Everything is in US dollar. Bring lots of US cash or credit card. Debit cards do not work most places. ATM Fees are extremely expensive $5-$10 USD. Most vendors deal in cash exclusively.

Sat and observed my love work. The area was filled with great homes. Very attractive in appearance. The two interiors that i saw were very attractive. Nice surroundings for family with safety being visibly important...gated community.

My parents bought a house here and all I have to say was that I was surprised at how peaceful and beautiful it was. You can always stroll throughout the community or you can go by the pool or even work out at the gym. There is a playground for toddlers as well as a close by supermarket for household items. Overall excellent place

This a well planned development with the essentials of modern development, signs are adequately placed roadways are fairly well kept the entire neighborhood is to some extent is uniquely engaged so security observations are sensitised and emphasize and active among the citizens.
Richmond St Ann is the place to live and Raise a wonderful family.

It was an extremely relaxing, tranquil and fun experience. Very efficient in terms of catering for one's needs (Gym, pool, cafe, supermarket ) with welcoming employees. The space was always clean and well kept
