The experience was a great one. Learned history that was never expounded on in any of my schooling.
The guides are knowledgeable and the artifacts are kept in great condition. The grounds are well kept and remains one of Jamaica's best historical sites.

This is a treasure trove of Jamaican history. The tour covered the native people, Spanish and English settlement and slavery and its lasting impact. Really worthwhile to visit.

This place is a cultural treasurehouse of Jamaican history. The annual Emancipation Celebration is a walk down the road of Jamaican history through music and dance from the islands colonial past to the present. The annual Emancipation Celebration is well organized and is a fitting tribute to the lives of enslaved Africans who were the foreparents of many present-day Jamaicans. This place is a must visit at Emancipation Celebration time or otherwise to see the grounds and museum.

Very informative tour!! Learn about Jamaica's history all the way from the Incas, through the slave trade and to the prevalent influence of the British. It's about an hour and definitely worth the stop if you're into the historical aspects of Jamaica

This is a great place for cultural events especially during the summer am always looking forward to there emancipation celebration in August where you get great Jamaican food such as puddings, grater cakes, rundown, ackee and fish, jerk chicken and jerk pork and the list goes on and the best part about it is the free chocolate tea at midnight just make sure you bring your enamel cup....There's also awesome Jamaican souvenirs and alot of cultural displays which teachers us about our rich history ... I can't wait for things to go back to normal so that it can keep again...

Michelle was the Best tour guide! She really explained, with great honesty, the historical relationships between Jamaica and Europe. Also, the cultural connection between Jamaica and the USA. Loved the garden tour too !

Awesome experience found at Seville. The first Spanish capital of Jamaica and the first established town. Lots of ruins to see and the Planters House built in 1745 still stands overlooking the Caribbean sea. Go take a look for yourselves.

I toured the Seville Great House with my son earlier this week and I'm just stopping by to share how great of an experience it was! I have long been a lover and frequent visitor of Jamaica, but this tour gave me a much better understanding of the nation's history!

As museums go, this one was modest in its collections and artifacts, but the rich history telling more than made up for that.

Michelle was a fantastic tour guide! Not only was she very knowledgeable, but as my son noted, "she seems to really love her job" and she does it well! Michelle helped to bring Jamaica's rich heritage alive for both of us through her engaging and eloquent telling of the Seville Estate history.

I highly recommend!
