Villa @ Richmond Estate

Very nice place. Working tvs ac and a pool. I love the areas of the grill and how the pool lights up. The house has good beds. No complaints of the home it self. I left something and communicating with host to get back so far honest ppl if you leave anything. Also if your a creator like me this home worth the photos and video content. Its in gated community

it was a very beautiful place to live. unfortunately its not for anyone under 30 unless you are there to relax its very quiet. we had a wonderful time there . my neighbor to the right of me was so sweet and chill he kept bringing us avocados at breakfast time. while the one to the left of us enjoyed not calling security on us as she did with all guests staying at 589 bamboo. we got away smooth until the last day which was my sisters wedding day.. but it was an experience that ill cherish. I'm actually looking into buying a home there ofcourse away from you know who! the pool was very unique i loved it the play house was completely the nicest I've seen in a residential area the only thing that bothered me was the female security officers on the premises for some reason they started asking for favors like can u buy us things while you're out. after 3 weeks they become too comfy and unprofessional but great services. we also had a decorator come in for my husband's birthday and a chef to come and cook. we had house keeping every few days but we didn't have a dryer for clothes that would be the only flaw but we took care of the laundry the old fashioned way. on a line. all in all it was the nice and i would get the same place again for a few weeks

It was great!,it had a pool, a playground, gym and tennis court. I really enjoyed all of it. They even have a supermarket, pharmacy and an ice cream shop available. So it was nice to not have to go far get things.

Nice place to cool out with your family and enjoy the scenery.

1st let me say i love everything about SMARTVILLA. It's the place to be. Its all about comfort and being cozy at the sametime. The pool area was a boom for all of us that went. They also had a pool table there as well and Ludo boards so theres every little thing to keep you occupied. I would definitely return and i recommend persons to book SMARTVILLA for a little get away from home.

The area is beautiful. The apartment I stayed in was nice, energy efficient and clean. The area is very active and lively. While I was there they had several barbeques and one wedding. I didn't take advantage of the pool area but it was clean and available.

Very nice and quiet community. Away from the hustle and bustle of an all inclusive experience. Tranquil and peaceful. Perfect getaway for families especially small families. Lovely pool and and exercise facility - friendly people. #Coolshade @Richmond.

Hot water did not work, took cold showers. Was not informed prior to arrival that all guest must show ID at security gate in order to enter. I still give a 5* because owners were great, place clean, pictures on airbnb matched.

Richmond is great. It is quiet and very secure. I would recommend anyone to stay there for out of town trips. Can't wait to stay there again

I rented my villa from Dwight Walters in Richmond and the customer service was amazing. The place was nice and comfy. Perfect spot for a family vacation. I am definitely using Dwight again

I enjoyed our stay here I wish it was longer. Maybe some backyard chairs, salt and pepper and some complimentary coffee. I'd still rent here though. ,,👌

This place was nice, clean, quiet, the host was very nice, the owners were very accommodating, I would recommend this place to anyone, I will be back in August and can't wait to stay here!

Very nice Villa, on private property 24 hour security 3 bedroom 2 Babs air conditioning in each room Wi-Fi internet is excellent washer and dryer microwave gas stove very large living room area dining room area for 6 people, on property has a swimming pool exercising room and a play area for the kids. The Villa is very comfortable and it's like staying at home.

Calm, peaceful & tranquil are the main objectives for me. There are on-site amenities like a country store, community swimming pool, gym, bar, tennis courts, children's play area and relaxing area.

Very amazing ace to stay very clean very quiet and peaceful beautiful in so many amazing way the neighbours and gate staff are very helpful and friendly loved the country market not one complaint absolutely beautiful stay thank you very much

If you like gated communities this is the place for you... Clean friendly family orientated environment.

Beautiful grounds the house was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend staying here on your next vacation to Jamaica you will not regret
