Charlie Brown Craft and Souvenir Shop.

We saw egret statues from the car and pulled over. Once we got inside the shop proper, we saw even more attractive pieces. Top quality carved wood. My friend and I both walked away with pieces of art from Charlie. We looked at craft places in Port Antonio and Ocho Rios as well but they had nothing comparable to the pieces from Charlie which were really things you can display at home with pride. Charlie was really friendly and we loved chatting with him. Some of his work can be found in Great Huts down in Boston Bay.

This awesome little craft spot is situated on the side of the road between Port Antonio and Drapers. The owner is very nice older gentleman who is always willing to chat. He sells locally crafted wooden art as well as a number of other crafts. It is worth stopping by if you are in the area. Usually open Monday to Saturday from late morning until early evening.
