This is literally paradise! I enjoyed every moment there. The beach is simply breathtaking. Hats off to the hotel employees for providing us with excellent service. I would definitely go back to Frenchman's Cove Resort.

Unfortunately my visit to this idyllic spot was for the sole purpose of going their beach so I am unable to share any feedback on their accomodations and our interaction with their team was limited to the parking area. That being said, when you come across reviews that say that this beach is one of the most beautiful in Jamaica, they are not lying. Mind you, the parking lot is a distance from the beach but I tell myself the trek was worth. Be prepared with cash beforehand, as there is limited to no use of POS and with food not being allowed unto the property, be prepared to make your purchases from their Grill. Beach chairs available at a cost and it is recommended that you get there early for the best spots. Although I gave a perfect score, there were two areas of mention- water management on the property needs to be improved as well as the sand is finer than usual so be cognizant that it will be difficult to remove whether from your person or personal items. Other than that... amazing spot for a day trip with friends.

Service was a bit slow. The cost is $1800 JMD to get in but the beach is very pristine and there is a cold water bath lake as well. The chair rentals are also available. Definitely a nice relaxing day to spend the day.

Frenchman's Cove was a great experience.👌 👍🏼 Only visited the beach but did not stay at the resort.
From the soft white sand to the clear water on the river side, different colors of blue on the ocean side and 😋 food & drink items.
The only down side on this Sunday when we visited in January was the roughness of the waves and what looked like debris in the ocean side, but, this didn't stop people from going in the water and having a good time.
Being served on the beach was a definite upside and enjoyable experience. Will definitely return to this spot.

the hotel is not the best but the location is well worth the it. just go with your own soap and coffee and you will have a great time. due to the road to the hotel there is not much open for food to eat but go to Boston there are places to eat and although they look run down the food is very good and the people are so so nice

Although the waves were rough today the beach was enjoyable and the river was nice. The grounds also had a botanical feel and was scenic.

I didn't visit the resort I went to Frenchman Cove Beach. There is a river that's there, the water comes from the sea but it's not as salty. It's cool, clean, the swings are awesome, it's picturesque and doesn't leave your skin prickly and pickled. I went there in Feb 2023 admission is $1500 and to rent a lounge chair is $300. The lifeguards are cool, money spent is completely worth it. Also they open at 9.

It was great. Stayed here with a work group and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were small but comfy, clean and air conditioned. They had a nice lounge area where we played games and a beautiful lawn. The ambiance was great. My favorite place was the balcony overlooking the lawn and the glass bathroom.

Definitely making another trip hear and it’s just a little walk to get to the beach so it was well worth it.

I've been coming here for years. I guess due to social media the popularity of thia place grew so going on weekends, during the summer and holiday will for sure mean crowds of people.

If you come during off season and during the week (minus summer time), this place is peaceful and magical.

The one bedroom villas are so worth it. Really large dining area, with kitchenette and Living room space and a separate bedroom.

I would recommend taking your food and making it there or exploring the parish for great dining options. We enjoyed Great huts (for dinner) and Geejam. Also the kfc and the local jerk men at Boston jerk.

Was only there for the beach, which was amazing. There are not a lot of ppl there. Both the river and beach were great.

Customer service was exceptional!!!

We weren't staying there, but we only went there for a half-day trip. Beautiful place, but very overpriced... 1500 JMD / person... You enter it through a guarded entrance, you go through a beautiful park... It was interesting to throw yourself into the waves in the bay... Excellent place for beautiful photos and videos.. .

Amazing place, picturesque. You have to rent the beach chairs but it is worth it. The grounds are kept very well. I would definitely recommend visiting.

The beach is fantastic. It offers everything you desire. The water is clean, on the beach also. The environment is very friendly and cozy. My only disappointment was the sanitary department. The bathrooms and changing area definitely need some TLC. I am definitely going back there on my next trip to Jamaica and I hope these area will be addressed.

Very small, clean and beautiful private beach. Visitors pay $12 US for adults and $6 US for kids under 12. Locals always mention the water being a little rough so don't be too surprised. My son 7 love it just fine. Food is not allowed, but available for purchase.

Beautiful beach, with an adjoining river. Such a peaceful spot. If you want a getaway to just free your mind in the beauty of nature, this is the place for you. The food is also A-class. I had the fried fish with festival, highly recommend.
