Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica

Wonderful and HUGE resort! GREAT for the family, even the young ones. My toddler loved the water park and there are tons of delicious food options. Great pool, great beach, clean, and lots of activities all times of day and night. The staff is super kind and accommodating and we honestly felt like royalty. Will definitely be back!

Duran was our server and he was on point. Friendly, attentive and all round amazing! The meal at this restaurant was the best we had on the resort so far. From the complementary bread to the appetizer and main- all delicious. Please do yourself a favour and get the Tiramisu for dessert. You will not be disappointed. 10/10 recommend.

We stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and the experience was amazing. The rooms were beautiful, we had an ocean view for a great deal with no compromising the luxury feel. The activities, staff and food were great for adults and kids. I will be back soon.

We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. The staff was warm and welcoming and lots of fun. The beach is beautiful and perfect depth and sandy a long ways out. It never felt crowded. Food and drinks were great. Our 6 year old loved the kids club. The kids club had lots of events (I think our favorite was the kids foam pool party) and always greeted our son by name. We will definitely come back.

the location is perfect and definitely enjoyed the ride down. Michael at the front desk made our process so smooth even amongst the lines. Roger Anderson was great to us at the late night buffet ! all in all just an easy and fun vacation. i’m here for a wedding and felt right at home. the entertainment at the pool and the steel drums at 10pm were my favorite

Excellent resort with excellent location, extremely clean & comfortable. Family and friends - the entire group being there for a wedding - spent 10 wonderful days, under the Jamaican sun.
Since I cannot name the entire staff, I would just say that upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Omar ( guest seevices) - great guy, great character, immensely good humor and always ready to help; he found everyday a minute or two to talk to us until the last day of the stay. Secondly, but not last, Natalya (the wedding planner) and her team were completely in control of everything and ensured the ceremony and the following celebration as well as the next day party went flawlessly. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody, either vacationing or as a wedding destination! It's a true sample of excellent Jamaican hospitality. Thank you again Natalya and Omar for going that little extra for us!!!

I had a wonderful experience, the staff was great but Marvin was super awesome.
Everyone was great, the room was lovely airy and bright.
My balcony was lovely.
The rooms were super clean.

The only negative was after eating the food every day, after a while everything started to taste the same.

Apart from that, I and my daughters had a fab time.

My husband, adult daughter, and I visited this resort in early December and enjoyed it! We stayed on the gran luxury side where children under 18 were not allowed entry. It was peaceful and fun!

It was a wonderful, completely relaxing vacation at this resort. There were food and drinks available whenever needed whether at the buffet, high end restaurants, or room services!
I must stop and compliment the employees. They were high class, respectful, and extra. I appreciated them in every encounter.
Don't forget about excursions! You can get safe rides to and from shopping areas, swimming in the blue hole, or even riding a bobsled!
I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone that wants to relax and allow the beautiful beaches to envelope you.

Downsides are that the beach is a bit rocky, but if you wear water shoes you'll protect those cute little piggies. Additionally, half of the resort has children running around, especially where the good restaurants are.

I only have amazing things to say about this place.
Michael, the front Manager goes above and beyond for every guest. He's one of the reasons why I keep going back to the same hotel.
The food, rooms and entertainment is all a 5 star..

Great experience for our 5th anniversary! Rooms were modern, clean and beautiful. Best hotel food I’ve had so far. The jerked chicken especially and desserts were bomb! Jule from the front desk is A1 👌🏾 👌🏾 Will definitely visit again 😊

It was an amazing experience. The staff was lovely just need more appealing floor and wall tiles as well as a better TV. The food was excellent and everywhere was clean. I would definitely recommend Bahia Principe.

This resort is definitely amazing will definitely come back for another vacation HIGHLY recommend to my family and friends. The food was amazing the resort was absolutely stunning and there is entertainment every night so you don’t get bored. I don’t understand why there are bad reviews because this resort took me and my man breath away. The staff was extremely nice and I would love to give a shout out to the ENTERTAINMENT TEAM THEY ARE FUN AND WONDERFUL.

Food and restaurants were great. Rooms were fine but some things a bit tired. Entertainment was great. Cleaning staff were great!

Our safe was broken - it kept losing code and my stuff getting locked in it. A very nice gent showed up to repair it. He said he needed parts but never returned. Our patio door was a pain to close which affected AC.

We travelled with another couple whose room AC never worked the entire 10 days we were there. They went to the front desk 3 times to try to get it repaired. Nobody ever avowed up repair it. It seems your resort has no concept of an open service or work order. Staff just rely on word of mouth - no tracking demonstrated. It should be easy to implement work orders to track issues and repairs. The next customer staying in our room will now have the same safe issue! Customers should never have to chase staff to get things done!

Loved the resort overall but I offer constructive criticism. Hope you act on it for the good of your visitors and reputation.

I am a regular returning guest to Bahia Grand Principal and the simple reason is that the staff delivers quality service and understands the importance of provodling a delightful customer experience! A fine example is ROGER ANDERSON. His energy, his positive personality and his customer focus keeps his guests happy and smiling. Thanks again for another great vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this resort. Pools very clean. Staff very kind and helpful. Food was delicious. I will definitely be returning a third time. I loved the ocean

It was my first time vacationing in Jamaica and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and well laid out. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Duran at Dolce Vita was the best server we’ve had during our stay at Bahia. We’d definitely come back just to be sat at one of his tables. 10/10 experience!
