I am vegetarian so cannot say based on my experience. However, my husband and friend plus others went back multiple times. Jamaica KFC is by far better than what they serve in Canada and the states.

The service is professional ; even though it is always crowded. People seem willing to wait, since workers are also very busy trying to make us comfortable, valued and get through ,as quickly as is possible .Plus !Plus ! The meal is really enjoyable ,sumptuous and spicy.

They are slow with cashing however so far their patience, calmness, lack of attitude, not rushing customers etc their great customer service makes up for it even the security guards are courteous!
