One of my favourite persons to buy my fruits from very reasonable customers are always satisfied I would say well done she’s not only a Christmas vendor she’s here all around the year Tuesdays Thursdays Fridays and Saturday we need more people like her .

Love Linstead market you can find everything you will ever need. A variety of fruits and vegetables and supermarket all over.

A market that is wonderful to shop from fruits meats fish ground provisions dry goods clothes items you name it it's there

The best market with a wide variety of fresh produce however..Its best of all vendors go inside the market do that the driving public can get the space they occupy on the road for parking

Walking in and around Linstead Market is walking in an important historic Jamaican landmark. The market is immortalised in a classic 1920s Jamaican folk song about a woman market seller (higgler) who brought her ackee (Jamaican national fruit) to the market. Customers came, merely felt and squeezed the ackee but bought none!!! Linstead Market hasn't changed much since then! It's packed with fresh produce, fruits, vegetables, fish and meats both locally grown as well as imported (I always aim for home grown) In the market you can buy, clothes, mobile phone accessories, shoes, even change currency (🤫) It's a bustling hubbub of Jamaican life. The music of the Linstead Market is the beautiful sounds of the various sellers, many creating melodic rhythms to sell their goods. At times it's like an organic theatre of creative entrepreneurship and customers, where Jamaican language flows, complete with little old and new poetic parables. Even the little disagreements are sweet music to the ears. (Any BIG arguments, move along!!!) With banks and ATMS nearby, eating spots both commercial and local food stalls, Linstead Market is a must if you're in St Catherine Parish.

I was able to purchase all my ground provisions in one area.

Everything you need and more, if you're interested in visiting an old fashioned infused with the new market place. Local produce from comical street sellers as well as supermarkets stocking international and Jamaican brands.

Love this place - Carry mi Ackee go a Linstead market not a quattie would sell.
Then again it's not Ackee season yet 😪

I can't say enough about linstead market because it is home!. Be ready to be haggled! AND know that you run the risk of getting run over by EITHER vehicular traffic, human traffic, or handcarts! So this is not the place to be sightseeing... keep it moving! KNOW that you can find anything you want there if you just get take a moment to look and listen to the people calling out what they are selling.

Linstead market is the place that have all the a customer is looking for, the very best of every food kind, materials, clothing,meat, ground provisions, household items and don't mention the love that comes from the vendor in the market place, people lookout for each other and if you want to buy something from a specific vendor and they don't have it then centently they gonna go look for it for you pure love and respect you get in the great linstead market

Linstead market the best market in Jamaica items and supplies are always fresh and clean.. however the only problem is the dispose of garbage beside that I enjoy walking in to the market and getting fresh supplies .

Lots of fresh produce sold at Linstead market. Yam, potatoes, pumpkin, coconut, vegetable, banana, callaloo, seasons etc.

Very clean and the atmosphere was just excellent
