Literally never had to do a thing once I got in the store the worker took my list and got me all my the supplies I got my shopping done in mins... sorry I never got her name to give a shout out but KB King St. (Di top one) should allow us to tip your staff when they r this good.

The agents were very polite and help was constantly available

Bummer! Wish I had taken pics. The store is very organized and I was assisted almost immediately after entering. Took me less than 10 mins to purchase school supplies for my 4 year old.

Very big business in Jamaica. The employees are very professional and friendly. They add a personal touch in dealing with each customer. They do have an iron grip on the book industry in Jamaica which seems like it will not be broken any time soon. It’s almost a one stop operations since you can get wholesale and retail services in one place.

Wear your mask, join the line outside, don't get frustrated. Inside is not clustered and once you know what you want, you'll get through quickly.
