Poor service.
Had to wait 15 minutes outside in the drew rain.

I noticed police and soldiers went inside and walked in and walked out with food.

When I entered, I had to wait in line.
I noticed Assistant Manager Ms. Murray, prioritising police and soldiers.

They walk in and she personally has them cashed and served. I asked her if she had a thing for uniform and she responded yes.

That's not the approach of a well-trained manage of a management academic background.

Its unethical and wrong. You cannot have persons put on a uniform and walk pass a long line and get through. If there is such a policy, it needs to change

The fastest Burger King, I have visited. Food is done correctly, and the staff are good. I haven't had a bad experience there yet.

The roof leaks terribly when it rains. Customers were getting wet inside this Burger King. There were pools of water on the floor in front of the cashier.

Fastest Burger King team in Kgn. Your meal is made exactly how you want it, in a timely manner. Covid protocols are being observed.

They accepted my Wells Fargo debit card I was grateful. The food was ontime even though the store was ram packed. And the order was correct 👌 that's a plus in my book

My only disappointment was the wst time.....only one server upfront so it was very difficult for her to maneuver serving plus pouring drink too. Otherwise, the experience was excellent and the environment clean as always!

After receiving my meal I drove off in the direction to work but noticed my fries were burnt, not severely but just not what I'm accustomed to so I took them back and explain to the server and she asked me to toss them and she replaced it with a warmer perfect fries
