This hotel was amazing, first I had reserved another hotel in the area for the holiday weekend of August 6th. However things never worked out because it was wok, I ended up accidently paying for a booking whilst online searching for another hotel on a third party site which happens to be Marriott. Upon arrival at the front desk the staffs that were working at the time were shining bright 🌞 like a diamond 💎 whilst giving me that warm welcome 🙏 They helped me out very well to confirm my booking and was very informative about the property and its surroundings. Overall the hotel is very clean, the staffs are very pleasant, the food is good, that pool view is beautiful at nights. I recommend a 5star for this hotel and I definitely going to stay again.

I had a positive experience staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the food is authentic Jamaican and the rooms are clean and spacious. It's also located just next to one Jamaica's largest recreational parks, the Emancipation Park.

When I got here the computers weren't working but they were very professional and courteous while I waited and offered a drink. Great facilities, food and location.

Stayed here for 18 days and it really was a great stay! From check in, to check out, the staff was courteous and friendly. I wish I could have taken the bed with me back home, it was so comfortable and I slept so well every night. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet and mine had a GREAT view. Nice gym and pool to pass the time and sits right across the street from a park. The restaurant in the hotel never let me down, all the food was delicious. Sometimes it did take a little long if you we were dining in, choose takeout if you’re in a hurry. Breakfast was my favorite meal of the day, the buffet varied throughout the week and again, it was delicious!! Laundry was available on site, but with only one machine it could be a little hard to find availability throughout the day. Very few cons to staying here and would stay again in a heartbeat!

My husband surprised me by booking this hotel while we were visiting Jamaica, my home country. I highly recommend this hotel. The service was excellent, and it's located in the heart of Kingston and it's close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Nice overnight stay for my wife and myself. Room and bath room very clean. Service, food and drinks available almost around the clock in good quality. The location in in the center of New Kingston next to the Emancipation Park but still nice and quiet.

Nice chill spot for a quiet night out

I loved it there. Fantastic location. Awesome view of the city, mountains and pool from my room. They offer guest parking. Nice pool, comfortable restaurant/bar and an exercise room. The rooms are nice and fresh and we'll decorated. The bathrooms are beautiful and the service is excellent. Lovely new building. I will stay there again when I go back if I can get a room there. They book up quick. The closest ATM is in the hotel across the street.

Bartender Davioll - Marriott by the Courtyard Kingston Jamaica makes a HUGE difference when it comes to service with a smile backed by being exceptionally courteous. His ability to make you feel welcomed and comfortable clearly has impacted a positive impression on this hotel chain.
Staff like himself and few others in the dinning area makes this a regular basis for dinner and drinks.

Stayed for 5 days in May 2018. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The restaurant's food is very good. They provided complimentary fruit infused water for drinking each day. The room was comfortable and had all the required amenities.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

As a weary American traveler it was great to come to a familiar American climate in a Marriott hotel. The front desk was very courteous and friendly. The little food spot in the lobby was great,Damian,Damien and Damain were very nice. The attendants were always there to attend to any needs we had. The rooms were large,spacious and clean. The pool on second level with Bar is presidential and top notch;Your able to order food in addition to any drinks. It overlooks the park and there’s plenty room to roam. There is a nice effective gym area next to pool area. This hotel has all the amenities to those of us used to a level of luxury and excellence. Kudos to this Marriott it’s not your typical courtyard experience.

The staff was really nice. The rooms are always cleaned. Breakfast was the best. Mark and Stefan was super nice. Keep up the good work guys 👍 Reception staff was great as well. Will definitely stay there again

Very comfortable hotel to stay.
The staff at this hotel was very impressive. From the staff at the gate making sure you are safe, to the gentleman that came and unlock the safe in our room, thanks to Vanessa the young lady the clean our room, very pleasant and friendly. We have stayed at many resorts and hotels in Jamaica and was not impressed with the culture and customer service BUT.

I have to say front desk staff SASHA LEE truly was a cut above the rest, her customer service from the moment we step in the hotel lobby allowing us to check in early to giving advice where to get great food and things to do in the area. And every day remembering our names, i believe she can teach other staff members of the Marriott chain how to be the best at customer service. Because of Sasha outstanding service we will be back soon. Thank you for one of the best stay we have had in Jamaica.

Marriott Courtyard Jamaica have always been a first choice for me and my hubby Sunday evening relaxing spot. Our first time at the pool bar was introduced to us by bartender Davioll. In short his service was beyond what we expected, Very courteous and professional. Great going Davioll, keep it up!

Stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are clean. The location is quite ideal to get a feel of the local culture and food. The food at the restaurant was well prepared and presentable and the staff was courteous and professional. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

I stayed here for one month while I was trying to find somewhere to live in Kingston. The facilities were good and the place was very clean. All of the staff with were very nice, special mention to Chef Woodhouse who was very accommodating of my vegetarian diet.
Would 100% recommend.

Food was delectable. Though not many options on lunch menu the dishes are well prepared and give you a sense of a home cooked meal. Place is very quite and relaxing. You feel at home once you walk in the lobby.

Great hotel! Room was great, i felt at home. Huge bathroom, everything working. Good breakfast and nice pool bar. I have been on different hotels on the island and by far this is a great one. Prices are high in jamaica, so before making a reservation search for all the options and if lucky you'll get a $260 fare.
