Meliá Braco Village

I must say i enjoyed this place so much. Friday night street dance/party was so much fun. The highlighting of almost every aspect of our Jamaican culture was wonderful. I love the beach it was so cozy and quiet as matter of fact the entire place was quiet you could relax. The adventure park was also cool I laughed so hard at the people doing the challenges (good laugh though). The food was also great but the choices were somewhat limited in comparison. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Mika he worked at Market place. They took a special interest in the visitors from the point of entrance to exist. I didnt try all the restaurants but 876 Prime was great. Great decor and professionalism on point. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if they want real couples time and relaxation. Big up yuh self lol. This trip was in 2017

For a seasoned traveller, I must say this resort has made my first visit to Jamaica unforgettable. ALL the hotel staff went above and beyond any of my expectations. Food was great, service (without expectations)(shout out to guest services) was hands down the best I have ever experienced. Once greeted by staff the first question was always...how are you? They settle for nothing less than awesome! As for the resort. Rooms comfortable, clean and modern. Mini bar always stocked and 24 hour room service. Most a la cart didn’t require reservations and was easy to reserve (unlimited) Jiggers piano bar was classy and could make anything you are looking for, including a remedy for a lost voice(thanks bartender Jason aka Dr. Jason) The activities and activity staff were great. Overall the hotel is personable and really charming. Water is great for all sports and there was not 1 staff member that truly didn’t seem blessed to be there to make our vacation amazing. When I return to this part of Jamaica this is the only hotel I will rebook. I would fear other hotels may not live up to my 1st experience. One Love

The most incredible week of my year so far was spent here. Great food and entertainment. The people are fantastic and sweet and the sea water is so refreshing. Seashells galore and enjoyable atmosphere. Get a room on the second floor though and higher. Trust me. They have so much to do like kayaking and games they organize.

Excellent option. The customer service is splendid. The reps are helpful but not intrusive. Lots of activities nicely tucked away, lots of quiet places too. Single non-plastic armband also contains your key (so you cant loose it.) Great food with 24 hour full menu room service.

This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The beach is clean and has lovely soft white sand. The variety of restaurants was enough to have us wondering which one to eat at in the evenings. The rooms were lovely, and our housekeeper made sure we had enough of everything as there were 4 females in our room. We definitely will be back!

Great family vacation here this year. The Level suites are definitely worth it. The ground floor suite that you can literally walk out into the beach was fantastic. The food on that side was also great, and the concierge service was excellent. May make this a yearly trip!

This resort was truly a blast!! The staff were extremely nice, food was amazing (book at the restaurant) it’s all inclusive!
They have daily performance which was very nice to watch right after dinner. If you want to stay in a quiet place book the level! It’s romantic and somewhat makes you feel like vip.
I will definitely come back here. I basically know all the friendly staff now!

I enjoyed the stay here. The room was great, facilities modern yet rustic. Stunning grounds, intimate feel despite being a fairly large resort. The food is okay, really love the 24/7 complimentary room service. I must say that the customer service was excellent. I had a few issues here and there that needed attention and the staff was very responsive and helpful.They would also call to ensure that the service was received. Loved it here.

Great experience. If you are looking for an adult centered resort stay at The Level. Modern well appointed rooms balcony with ocean views..pool, large hot tub and relaxing beach. Bring water shoes beach a little rocky by shore. Free room service and shows every night extremely talented staff. A la Carte food had lots of choices and was pretty good..Get the short ribs at 826 Prime. Bring lots of singles for topping. Staff was like having a private butler. Definitely going back.
The grounds were beautiful and the non-Level side was lively.

This place was heaven on earth!! The ocean view was gorgeous. Our room was extremely nice and comfortable. All of the staff was incredibly nice and did anything they could to make sure we were happy! We had our 6 yr old with us and so many people took time to say hi and connect with him! I cannot wait to go back!!

Amazing environment! Amazing staff... Quiet and intimate setting. Ideal for a couple who just needs to have a relaxing time together while still having available all the activities that you'd love to partake in at your regular family hotel. Ideal for business. Ideal for leisure. Menu options are extensive and tasty (with the addition of a little salt of course). Clean, spacious rooms. EXTREMELY comfortable mattress and pillows... Wish I could pack them all up and take them with me... I'd definitely try Meliã in other countries.

When we first got there we were greeted by extremely friendly staff who took over our luggage. When we were checking in we got offered drinks. Everyone overal was friendly and nice. We stayed in the level section where we had a beach front view which was spectacular. Our room was clean and all the snacks where free which is not common in most hotels. The beach was beautiful and we had big pool with a bar too. The food here was delicious. The only problem is the cats who you should not always get too close to for if they scratch you but fortunately we saw kittens which were very sweet and they let us pet them.
If you are looking for a luxurious hotel I would definitely recommend this place although it may be a little pricey it's definitely worth it. And don't forget, what happens in Jamaica, stays in Jamaica.

I just returned from this beautiful resort. I had 10 fabulous days there. The staff are outstanding, the food was excellent as was the entertainment. The grounds are beautiful as was the beach....it's actually a cove not a long stretch, but lovely. I can't say enough good things about this place. Try it you will be happy you did.

This place was amazing. This was my first time at this resort and I truly love it here. The people were very friendly well mannered. The beach was awesome and food was real good. I am looking forward to come back to this resort. This place deserves ten stars and beyond.

Not sure I can say enough good things about this place. I have not been to a place where absolutely everyone spoke to us, and genuinely seemed to care about the answers. Most of the folks remembered us and spoke every time like we definitely belonged there. I really liked the cats around the area. There are a out 6 to 8 cats that frequent the area of the hotel and will come greet you while eating. Some people may be put off by this but they're in good health and probably living their best lives. The food here was great. We loved pretty much everything that we l had. I loved the market and the buffet style of eating that allowed you to pick what you wanted, and always had new stuff to try. Every night also they have entertainment around 8:45pm, they do not however do a good job of letting you know that this is happening on arrival. I ended up hearing from most of the employees around at the restaurants, which is okay but front desk probably should make it a bigger deal as they're a lot of fun. Also make sure you have cash on you at most times because you will want to tip even though tips are included. Overall I don't think we could have stayed at a more welcoming and beautiful place than here. Thanks for the memories!

Quiet place and beautiful. Feels like you have your own private villa. Nice beaches and pools are clean. Food is not a strong suit so if you are coming for the food spend some extra money for the premium steaks..

Fantastic experience. Staff was fabulous, accommodating any request. Food and drinks were great, lots of options. The property's "village" setup makes you feel like you've got a villa to yourself. Room service is a great option!

All Inclusive Hotel, friendly service and fun activities, the hotel layout is like a village, that is centered around the pool and beach. The beach is lovely, great fro swimming and beach combing. Being all inclusive the bars and cafes are engaging, the restaurants for evening dining have excellent service and interesting menus. Execution is very high end. There is also an adventure Park, soccer field, kids room for daycare, and a 24 hour Gym

This was the second trip to this resort for my wife and I. We had a fantastic time again. I can't say enough about the people, which is by far the best part of staying at Melia. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and to ensure that you have a fantastic time.

Even though this resort is smaller than others we have visited, I was happy with the food selection. I recommend 876 Prime (steak house) and Nikkei (Asian fusion) as my favorites. The buffet also offered a great selection every night. One of my favorite aspects of this resort is that they offer local options, like patties, jerk chicken, ox tail, curry goat, and many other options. I've stayed at other resorts where the local options were desperately lacking. The alcohol selection is pretty good as well. I drank mostly rum, but there were bourbon, scotch, gin, vodka, and others. The bar tenders each have a specialty drink that are worth checking out.

The beaches are great and never too crowded. Pools are the same, always clean and not too crowded. We had a great time at the swim up bar in the pool every night. Rooms are clean and have plenty of amenities. The LEVEL side is certainly nicer. I will say that the rooms need a bit of maintenance and updating, just minor things like loose cabinets and leaky faucets. It's nothing that would make me knock off a star. You shouldn't spending much time in you room at a place like this anyways.

We will definitely be coming back!

This is the perfect place for spending one's vacation. It's a world on its own. They serve the best food ever at different restaurants. You choose the one you like. You never go hungry not for a minute. The rooms are very clean and cosy. The staff is the friendliest bunch of people I can think of. The beach and pool water is very warm. There's a jacuzzi next to the pool! What more can one ask for? I'll visit the resort again in the near future.
