Four Seasons

My fiance and I stayed at Four Seasons for about 8 days. We went there for a wedding.
We arrived very early in the morning (around 4 am) and was told that it is not policy to check in guests at that time. After a few minutes of conversation and showing some other proof that we did make note of the time we would be arriving, Gregory checked us in and gave us a beautiful poolside room.

Everyday, while staying there, we were greeted with smiles and good gestures. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was better than most of the restaurants we visited, so we did not feel as if we were missing out in that regard. The service overall is excellent and nothing said can describe how much we appreciated the way we were treated and tended to.

The location is awesome because we were able to get unto the main roads within a few minutes and getting back to the hotel felt safe. The surroundings are also a beautiful sight, so a little walking around would be ideal.

Many of the members of staff would be indelible in our memories. Janet, one of the restaurant staff, was extremely helpful and friendly; she made us feel as if we were staying at our family's home. Gregory remained professional and courteous during every encounter. The management team is obviously incredibly organized and its vision is clear. One can feel the purpose of management and staff through the service, ambiance, and their response time to everything. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Love, Love, Love...

Just love this hotel. The staff is very courteous

Great service, great breakfast, comfortable room. The property needs some maintenance but that’s a part of its charm. The pool looked great and is well maintained. Having a gym onsite is always good. We checked in late at night and it was quick and simple. A special thanks to Miss Earl and our sever, Joy who were both friendly and amazing. Thank you ladies!

SCHNITZEL is (sometimes) available here at the restaurant here. Maybe more than one kind if you're very lucky . Food is decent: Outside seating area including a "beer garden" -(the hotel has some German link in it's history) is pleasant. Menu prices are OK

One of the best spot to host conference events. The staff is courteous and friendly and well as the prices are Good. The meals prepared at this hotel is top tier. When I say amazing, I mean amazing. Never been disappointed with the meals at this spot. The lunch hour specials are a must try for anyone looking for scrumptious meals to satisfy their appetite.

Four Seasons Hotel is the place to go for a lunch buffet that will thrill your palette. I have been there over and over and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food - the buffet is always ready. The flavour of the food is consistent and every time I visit I leave satisfied. A very accommodating staff is who you will encounter. I visited with a group of 24 persons and our request for rearrangement of our seating arrangement was met warmly with no resistance. I enjoyed my meal completely from appetizer to dessert. Great experience from the gate to the plate!

Not the first time I go here, always a pleasure. Beautiful place with large green spaces and outdoor jacuzzi, very nice staff, clean rooms in which you find a selection of teas or instant coffee, nice local food and the list could go on. One little thing though, you need to be a little patient with the warm water as it comes after up to a minute or so, but is understandable as the hotel is spread over a large surface. Enjoy!

To be very honest this is a very beautiful place. And some staff members are great they make you feel welcomed. But the morning staff waiters at the hotel are not polite and will be very condescending to you the morning staff waiters also need more training. But the night staff and it's waiters are A+.

Such a beautiful establishment! The customer service is commendable and the rooms are very spacious and very well constructed! The plugs are in multiple locations and conveniently placed by the beds. Amazing overall!

A green oasis in the hustle and bustle of Kingston and St. Andrew. The gardens are well kept. The owners and management obviously treasure the flowers and the trees.

Very well landscaped and manicured. The trees appear to be happy and satisfied.

Staff highly experienced, caring and the food is good

After a horrible night of landing in kingston with no accommodations I called the four seasons and Janet Earl answered and took care of my friends and family (group of 10) even past her shift. We appreciate her and the four seasons hotel team so much for taking care of us. Definitely recommended.

The Jamaican hospitality is rich at this hotel. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I needed to print something at the last
minute and the receptionist was so grateful! The ackee and selfish for breakfast is just an additional treat to the pampering I received here.

I just love this hotel. Centrally located in the dynamic city of Kingston, amid a huge, gorgeous, oasis like garden and grounds. Everywhere is immaculately maintained and it's a cross between old time elegance and modern amenities. The owners clearly have very high standards and it shows in this hotel. Best value for money in Kingston.

Love this place. I had a fantastic time there. This is the place to stay when you visit Kingston Jamaica. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The pool is nice and the food is great. Nice location and very clean surroundings. This is where I'm staying whenever I visit Jamaica. Absolutely loved it!
