This place is a must stop for me and my family..you absolutely cant go to Jamaica and leave without stopping...good customer service...i had a lickle mishap while going back to Canada ..called to get it sorted out and one Miss Vivia Johnson took care of the matter(no problem)...must say a big up and thank you to her ...one love❤🇯🇲🙏

Great stop on your way out of Kingston! I especially loved their Jamaican section and their emphasis on Jamaican liquors and bags. Very helpful and friendly staff...

What a great store, I found an amazing Jamaican Rum I had been recommended but couldn't find anywhere else. the customer service is superb!!

I almost missed my flight back home, I was so busy getting the White Henny & Rum Punch that the next thing I know, I was being over headed that I had so many minutes to get to my gate or the plane was leaving without me. (me & my liquor made it) lol

This place is a must stop for me on every trip. I always have a pleasant experience here. I also know what I want when I walk in store sangster run cream and a rum bar rum cream. I keep it simple most of the other product u can get in the states so I get what's exclusive to Ja.

There was a slight hiccup while making a transaction at this place. It is just like any other tourist place. The staff are very laid back and try to help you if they feel like. I was slightly disappointed because they didn’t have the most popular alcohol in stock. Other than that it was pretty okay. Try to purchase your alcohol outside of the airport if you want better options.

Visited there a few days ago. Nice store. Variety of liquors for great gifts. Workers were nice and friendly. I gave 3 stars because my aunt and uncle paid for 4 rums and only got 3. Hope this was an honest mistake and they can rectify this quickly!

No Wray and Nephew?

I no longer wanted the bottles purchased as it appeared that the product was almost identical in price in my home country so I returned them within an hour of purchase. The person who cashed me out was initially welcoming but turned especially rude and visibly upset that I wanted a refund. She seemed flustered and it seemed that the purchase may have been commission based by her behaviour. Another person antagonized me by asking if I was upset with a smug look on her face.

There were two bottles in the box but only received a refund for one bottle although they were purchased from two separate cards. I reached out to them after the fact via Facebook and explained the situation. They left me on read.

The workers here are petty and bicker out load for all to hear. One of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

I bought 2 bottles of parfum at the duty free counter for $28,595 JMD only to find the same bottles here in the states for less than half of that price. I am very disappointed. It will never happen to me again. Total RIP OFF. The products were Gevenchy Eau De Parfum and Oscar De La Renta bella rosa.

Fraud Alert: When you choose a bottle, they will place your order in the back, and switch with smaller bottles, wrapping it, or boxing it so you can not see the switch. beware, they use slight of hand to get over on you!
