The most delicious food in Amalfi!!! I, my husband and my parents sat down to have lunch here. The service was very fast. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The business is a family one and you can feel it, the atmosphere is super nice and warm. With a hand on the heart, the most delicious pizza and rum baba from the entire Amalfi Coast!!! The portions are super generous and the prices are very affordable. We recommend them. 🔝🔝

We were fortunate to stay right next to this place while vacationing - it was about ten feet from our front door. We ate several meals here - and stopped for drinks/coffee throughout the week. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was always good. We loved the stuffed croissants and omelets...but I MUST shout-out the caffé crema. It's a silky and creamy blended coffee treat that I couldn't stop ordering! It's TO DIE FOR. I bought the ingredients as soon as I returned home! Highly recommend this place any time of day...they have a great menu and provide a lovely experience.

Got to the top of the hill and wanted a drink and a snack. Did not even check the reviews and just took the chance. It was not bad at all. Was not disappointed, drink as good food was good. Would we stop in again? Sure.. everyone around us also seemed happy.

We had coffee and sweets here 3 times in 3 days, and each time, the service was impeccable and friendly. Big shout out to Carlo and Rafael, who were always welcoming. I took photos after breakfast one morning, cappuccino and jam cornettos (croissants). Note that I can't comment on savoury food items.

I loved this restaurant. The food and service were top notch. My server, Giovanni, was great. He recommended perfect dishes for me and his suggestion not to skip the locally made lemon cake was exactly right. The restaurant is also a little above the town so it feels like an oasis of calm from the chaos of the Amalfi square. My pizza and tomato salad were both wonderful (the tomatoes were so fresh and flavorful). Highly recommend!

Bar Della Valle is an establishment you MUST visit when in Amalfi! The family owned café/restaurant delivers on simply everything that is on the menu!

Whether that be a Pizza, Club sandwiches, omelets or a nice dessert, you can be sure that the quality and flavors are superb.

I asked the waiter how come everything here in Amalfi in general, and even more outspoken at Bar Della Valley tastes better; -He explained to me, that many restaurants and establishments in Amalfi, ONLY deals with ingredients produced locally. Wow -it shows!!!

Today I finished my stay with a Cappuccino and a little dessert. A Lemon cake (of course-Amalfi is KNOWN for their lemons)… and oh my GOD. It was a taste of heaven. Sponge cake, fresh with a kind of lemon custard inside, wrapped in lemon cream. The Cappuccino was like everything else at this place: fantastic.

Service excellent as well… Nothing negative to say about this place.

As you can probably guess from my SEEMINGLY overly positive review, I HIGHLY recommend eating here while in Amalfi! You won’t regret it; -that is a guarantee!!!

Great place to stop for a quick and delicious bite, a tasty spritz, and a delicious dessert. The staff were kind and welcoming but not pushy, more attentive than most I've had in Italy. All around a great experience! I had the panino al salumiere 🤌🏼

We sat for a lunch, probably busiest hour in daytime. The staff was extremely polite and attentive. The food was delicious, and fast served! It's a family run restaurant which make the atmosphere more cozy. Fully recomend it!! You should experience it!! And don't forget to support the small family restaurants, by paying your bills in cash.

Lovely spot to grab a drink.

The people are lovely, gave us a good table even though we were only 2 people. It’s a family run establishment.

They even gave us a bite of complimentary meat and cheese.

Capresse salad was fresh and refreshing. Napoleonenta pizza was a wonderful blend of anchovies + tomatoes sauce. Salumerie pizza was an explosion of flavors. When in Amalfi, It's worth the walk up the hill.

Fantastic family business. A lovely peaceful atmosphere within a busy center. Great tiramisu. Would recommend!

My wife and I stayed 7 days in Amalfi and this was our favorite place to eat. It’s quaint, affordable and the food is amazing. The staff is incredibly nice, helpful and they speak fluent English as well. If you want great food at an affordable price and superb atmosphere, this is the place for you in Amalfi. Ciao!

Great service! This gem located right in the middle of the action in the cita di Amalfi, Bar Della Valle Ristorante offers a simple menu and authentic ingredients. An enchanting taste of local flavors, a must if you happen to be in the Amalfi Coast looking for something quick, and authentic!

We had juicy and fresh Lemon cakes made by the mother of this family-run cafeteria with a cappuccino and espresso and all tasted excellent. Friendly and attentive staff!

Giving 5 stars for just having Tea on the menu. Black tea is extremely difficult to find in Europe. So was happy to find this place. Had Lipton and Twinings. Travellers from England will appreciate this. Price is €4. Also has a lavatory. Lifesaver.

Get off the beaten path and go to Bar Della Valle! It’s a local, family-owned restaurant. Ask for Carlo (pictured) who will treat you well! We found our way to this restaurant by wandering the streets of Amalfi and had a delicious breakfast on our way to Ravello. Go spend time at this local spot to live like the locals do!

This is a very nice breakfast spot, conveniently located near the main square but away from noisy traffic. The outdoor tables are separated by a green wall of bushes, providing a pleasant ambiance. The food was excellent, and the service was quick.
