This visit was fantastic. There is an elevator to take you down, you only have to walk 15 stairs. You are on a boat guided around the Grotto. It cost 10 euro per person for the ticket. The guide used both Italian and English. Please enjoy my pictures.

Beautiful place we only wait 5 min for the tour. It is very small but you can't go in without paying the tour although is good because they explain everything and it is 30min on a small boat.

It's amazing to see such an ancient construction underground the centre of Naples. Book the tickets in advance to minimize the waiting time.

I did not expect to stop here and in fact, had limited knowledge as to what exactly a grotto was. I went with the flow, I didn’t even expect to be in southern Italy so why not indulge in ALL the experience on offer?!?
It was only 8 bucks and it was thrilling!
I cannot swim and to see how deep that grotto was and the paddle boat we were in, I was holding on for dear life 😂 the water was so clear you could see the bottom!
The sailor was very calm and gentle with the paddling and explained the age and some history. The stalactites and stalagmites were incredible! The emerald water was magical and experience was absolutely worth more than the 8 euros plus tip 🙏🏽
Thank you for a unique experience… what a beautiful Italian treat ❤

Inexpensive eight euro admission and has an elevator down to sea level. Not accessible for mobility impaired as there are steps and entering the boat requires some agility. A short half hour tour. Pleasantly cool in the grotto with some good picture opportunities. Tour given in English and Italian. Recommended if you can find a parking spot

Quick tour of 20 minutes but worth it. They took 10 euros for the trip. If its a fully sunny day, one can see the crystal clear blue emerald water

A must see when on the coast, and such a deal! €5 and a tip for the driver of the boat is well worth the amazing cave. We also enjoyed the singing! The water really does glow so beautifully, and we were there on a pretty cloudy day, I can't imagine how much brighter it would be in full sun! Definitely stop and enjoy this attraction.

It’s a very small cave with stalactites and stalagmites forming interesting (and bizarre) images. The cave is partially filled with water and named after the emerald color that emanates from the water. It is located near Positano on Amalfi Coast. The surroundings upstairs and the view at the sea is breathtaking. The cave itself is rather a small attraction, but if you have nothing else to do, the tour costs only 5 euro - they take you on a boat around the cave.
