An absolute must when in Florence. Buy tickets through their official website. In my opinion, save your money and do not pay for a guided tour. It's too crowded for you to enjoy all of the amazing pieces and try to keep up with a fast-paced tour guide. Go on your own so you can walk at your own pace and truly appreciate this spectacular gallery!

I booked my ticket with a tour group — I had a hosted entrance and guided tour. Absolutely worth the money! Book ahead.
But such a tremendous gallery with Renaissance art work. Could spend days, literately, here.

This museum is a must see in Florence. Very large collection. Beautiful palazzo. You must book time tickets in advance as it gets very busy and fully booked. The price depends on the season. Off peak 12€. Peak 25€. The opening hours is 8:15 - 18:30. You need time to visit. We had a fantastic visit. The staff was very kind and helpful to guide us. Wheel chair accessible in 2 floors.

World-class, undoubtedly. One of the best museums I have ever seen. Make sure to book your ticket in advance to avoid queuing. And don't come earlier than the booked time slot since they let you enter maximum 15 minutes before. And--please--bring enough time to watch at least the most spectacular paintings. It's worth the effort, really. It's fantastic!

This is one of the nicest if not the nicest art gallery you will ever visit in your life. You will see works of art here by the greatest artists, sculptors and painters of all time. If you visit Florence and don’t see the Uffizi Art Gallery, you really didn’t visit Florence. I really enjoyed my time spent here, go very early in the morning otherwise you might not get in. It’s extremely busy and always very packed. I would definitely recommend visiting this gallery when in Florence.

Anyone who likes religious art and the Renaissance period should definitely come. While you are there, you should take a complete tour including all the floors.
In addition to the well-known works such as the birth of Venus, the Madonna and the child, you should spend at least 2.5 to 3 hours with hundreds of works that are not so popular but definitely deserve to be seen.
Even though it was low season, we waited in line for 30 minutes, so it would be good to buy tickets in advance, especially during peak periods.
I also add the 2024 ticket and price table.

Buy the tickets online 1 or 2 days before your visit or you will stand hours in front of the museum. My mom and I enjoy the visit - especially the coffee on the terrace and in addition old, dead and naked people (the exhibits 😉)

Definitely the crown jewel of Florence. So many great works - paintings, sculptures, drawings. The tour groups are a bit much as they are large enough to plug up the viewing and walking areas and the guides tend to plant themselves in front of the important works and don’t move or care about those around them. Still, all the busyness aside, it’s a great experience.

You need more than one visit to properly enjoy the whole gallery. There is so much to see. If you are in high season or during the weekend get your tickets in advance. Some of the greatest works and artists are displaying there. Prepare to spend some serious time if you love art.

Excellent art gallery! You will need to queue up to buy a ticket at the place where you bought a ticket before you can enter. The museum is very large and has a lot of spectacular statues and famous paintings...... I even felt like I could spend a whole day in the Uffizi Gallery :D

What is necessary to say about this Museum - Gli Uffizi - which is one of the best in the world. Moreover if you are a fan of Renaissance but not only. You can also see many Gothic and Proto-Renaissance paintings with Cimabue, Giotto...
A pure wonder of 800 years of age.
Buy the ticket the day before to avoid the queue at the entrance.
Many options via the official site.

Amazing place. Huge, can make you tired easily 😅 so far the best I have seen in the city and around the world.
It’s my second time and I would visit again.
Definitely worth buying Firenze card as you can book the visit a day in advance and do not worry.

Would have liked to know that there was a cafeteria near the exit. Otherwise, 5 stars because this was an experience I will never forget. I recommend going to see the art you have on your bucket list first though. 3 hours was not enough time to be able to appreciate all of the mind-blowing art.

The Uffizi Gallery is a MUST visit when in Florence. It's one of the most famous museums in the world, and for good reason.
I spent several hours touring the place and have enjoyed every minute of it.
Lots of splendid works of art.
While crowded during the time of my visit, it wasn't unbearable and did not spoil the visit for me. Summertime would probably be a nightmare visiting the museum.

What can one say about this marvellous place? It's an absolute delight to wander through the galleries, and look at the many interesting pieces. Just when you think it's enough, you see another great piece and keep looking. We spent more than five hours and could easily visit again the next day. Ceiling decorations are another world to themselves.

An art gallery filled with great art exhibits and well worth the visit. My friend and I visited over the Christmas holidays and had to spend almost an hour in line to get tickets because the online booking was sold out, but it was well worth it.
Please note that the audio guide in the gallery requires you to deposit your ID there to rent it, so remember to bring your ID if you need it for your visit.

Great experience and certainly worth the money and time spent.
Highly recommended a guided tour as they show you all masterpieces and really tailor your experience to showcase Florence history, without overwhelming you with informations.
Top experience

The most gorgeous museum I have ever been to! I can’t stress this enough. Every room is more beautiful than the next. I could have spent 5 hours in here. It’s definitely a tiring experience, but beyond worth it

No need to leave a comment about the gallery: it's beautiful (obviously) and a must if you are in Florence. I just want to put 5 stars and thank all of the staff, for making our visit pleasant and smooth; a special mention for the guy at the wardrobe, for being nice and super funny, with us but with everybody else too. Thank you very much!
