I went here while on vacation in Milan. This was also my first time in a Lush store and I left with the BEST impression. Everybody was so lovely and helped with everything I wanted (even though I'm very indecisive so they have a lot of patience) and at the end I couldn't choose between two products and one of the worker girls that helped me gave me a sample of one of them so I could have both🤍 At the cashier, she also gave me a sample of a conditioner and we had a lovely chat.

Highly recommend. They made me a customer and I just hope that, in other cities and countries that I go to and find a Lush store, they'll be as nice and caring.

Also obsessed with their "fight animal abuse" merch!!

I came with a friend who is a regular customer at Lush and needed to stock up on some hair products. Mario assisted us and recommended some great face masks and other items. Mario was super helpful, answered all of my questions and gave us top notch customer service. Highly recommend this shop, they have so many fabulous products and everything smells amazing.

This review is specially for Alex at Lush Milano Duomo. Alex was so helpful and cheery - they showed me all of the exclusives that we don't have yet in the UK and helped me with picking products that I successfully got through in my hand luggage at the airport 😊 (unfortunately Confetti didn't last on my skin and New Romantics went from the most beautiful orange/citrus scent to really soapy, but I loved your story about Confetti). Thank you so much for such a wonderful visit Alex ❤

In case you are lost with your dog, here they got your back! The ladies are lovely and they also have water for your furry friend. I was assisted by Margherita and she was a delight, we sampled some perfumes and I ended up buying what she recommended, even though I had something else in mind at the beginning. Everyone is super knowledgeable and they really make the customers feel welcomed and at home. 100% would recommend. To the next time!

Easily the best experience that I have had in any Lush store. The staff were incredibly friendly and were attentive to customer’s needs, always ready to lend a hand. I was attended to by Sylvia, who kindly explained each product to me and helped me pick out one that was most suitable for my needs. As someone who previously used to straighten my hair regularly and now no longer knows how to care for my curls anymore, I was also hoping to explore new products for my hair. Sylvia kindly helped me to pick out the most appropriate product for my needs and was careful not to overwhelm me with too many new products at one go. Overall, excellent experience at this store!

Mario is the best ever!!! They helped me search through the perfumes and find one that worked with my skin and was so patient with me and answered every question I asked with enthusiasm. Sarah was also so lovely and welcoming, the staff at this location deserves it all!!

great service and products, I didn’t know most of them and was overwhelmed with the choice of bathbombs so Martina was really sweet and helpful

I was pulled in by the exotic smells coming out of this shop and I just had to wander into the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location of this particular outlet is pretty prime. The prices of the products were rather steep. Will recommend it to the people who are looking for some exotic products or people who just want to experience visual brilliance.

i bought the “lust” perfume today with the lovely help of alex! their english skills were amazing & they had such amazing & warm vibes- i really appreciated their dedication to showing me jasmine scents & their kindness for giving me a sample ❤

Very nice store, the staff was very kind and joyful, customer service by Rebeka was very professional and she helped me pick the best mask for my face and was very sweet, would definitely show up again on my next trip to Milan!☺

The customer service is 🌟. The young green-haired woman who helped me was amazing! She spoke excellent English, had vast knowledge of all the products, helped me find the products I needed, and sent me off with samples of the product I expressed interest in, but wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy. Everyone in the store was super nice. I am also satisfied with my purchase.

My fiance and I had visited this location yesterday to pick up some essentials for our backpacking trip through Italy. We are avid Lush users back in Vancouver, BC Canada. I wanted to recognize the staff, specifically Ash. As soon as we walked into the store we were instantly greeted and helped by staff members. Ash had shown and educated us on various products. Ash had us try out the products to get a feel, and matched us with our own specific needs. We purchased a tub of Tinkle and a face wash pad. What we loved is they provided us with free products to try out such as Gorgeous (i love this product already btw), samples of soap bars and self preserving ocean salt. As earlier stated we're backpacking so these will come in handy for us and we'll be sure to buy more when we're back home. Thank you Ash and her fellow staff members. Keep up the great work. After I had a bad haircut in Italy I had to whisk my way into LUSH for a sample of some hair wax.

Steph was so kind and honoured my sample request no questions asked! And even spent some time chatting with me about LUSH in Australia!
