Apple Store Piazza Liberty

One of the nicest Apple stores I’ve been to. Love the glass facade and the stone steps in the square (which are the roof of the Apple Store). Inside is beautiful as well with an extensive selection of Apple products. Bonus: I noticed the indoor trees in big planters and leather seats around them—nice touch!

I have never seen such a cool store before. In itself worth to visit. So cool to see that Apple chooses to create a design icon store in a designer city like Milan.

The details and cozy atmosphere are captivating. You can feel the perfect blend of technology and creativity. It's a classic Apple Store quality. :) The location is excellent too. While touring, it's close to almost all of Milan's tourist spots. I visited in October to get an iPhone 14 Pro Max but they were out of stock :) It was hard to find at that time. Hoping to go for iPhone 15 and hopefully find it 😂

Amazing staff helped me with buying a case and helping me with sorting my questions out to my battery pack ! I am from the Uk and they all speak amazing English ! It’s truly unique with its water fall entrance going down the stairs to the beautiful store ! Out side as well you can relax on their beautiful seating outside and enjoy the sunshine with your friends ! 10/10 it’s worth a visit !

A pretty cozy place! We visited after a long walk in the beautiful streets of Milano to charge our iPhones! Stuff was great for not asking us if we want help. Cause we actually didn’t want! It’s a big space so it had any Apple Product in full display to explore and play with for a bit! Not gonna forget about how beautiful the outside is too, with the fountain hitting the glass walls. Getting down the stairs was an experience! Well done

Typical Apple Store, always with its great customer service. It has a nice waterfall design.

One of the world’s most iconic Apple Stores. Entirely sunken underground below the plaza. You access the store via a one-of-a-kind glass entrance way surrounded by fountains. It’s hard to describe how this feels but the sound and visuals of walking in through the fountains is both exciting and somehow comforting.

The store itself is really quite large, all underground yet bright. They have all of the key Apple Store areas including a large screen for sessions and education, and a great array of accessories.

A very interesting Apple Store. Entrance is quite different and the store is immense inside. The waterfall from the entrance is next level, once you get there, you’ll understand.

The Architecture overall is nice. The square is fancy and beautiful.

A beautiful Apple Store with a nice glass foundation and fontaines beside the building. The prices are a bit higher than in other countries. One of the prettiest Apple Stores I’ve seen in my life.

One of the best apple store I’ve ever seen, fascinating architecture, located in heart of milan, they have must of the stuff available in the website, people who works there are very polite and kind, the only downside about this place us very crowded other than that everything else is close to perfect

I had an amazing apple genius experience with the apple genius worker Stef (Stefan). I have an iPhone 13pro max that has issues with the charging port. She replaced the whole phone with 15min. Amazing and super friendly.
I tried to get it fixed in Denmark, first call they wanted to fixed it as it's within the 2 years warranty. Second time I called they didn't as I didn't have apple care. Stefan was super friendly and replaced it right away. I was ready to pay for getting the charging port changed. But didn't expect a whole new phone for free! Amazing service.

Big and interesting structure. The store is underground so some people don’t know how to find it. It’s always crowded but there are a lot of staff to help. You’ll probably need to take an appointment because there are always so many people in the store. Very friendly staff.

I have been to quite a few Apple stores in every city that I’ve gone to but I have to admit that this store is very spectacular. The water fountain is very unique. The staff is quite helpful as well.
