Ca'puccino Piazza Diaz

We went here to grab a quick bite after flying from the US. It was a great spot for a tourist to grab some food. Food was plentiful and tasty. Great sandwich shop. Staff was very friendly. Between the 6 of us, we had Club Salmone, Lasasne bolognese (2), Insalata pollo avocado, Ciabattina Parma (2) along with cappuccinos, cold mint tea, Everything was fresh.

Puzzled by the negative reviews - we visited Ca’puccino a number of times. They were happy to move tables around to accommodate six of us, and helped us move everything to another table when we decided we’d prefer to sit outside. For gluten free, they only had one muffin which came packaged - which is always preferred as it ensures no contamination. They gave me ‘crema’ to eat with it and it was seriously delicious and indulgent. The coffee was good too, which is sometimes a hit or a miss in Milan. Others ordered fruit juices, focaccia, sandwiches, tarts etc… and we really enjoyed our visits. Staff are attentive but not overbearing.

Perfect place for coffee and croissants. Great service and good food. Well located near transportation and Duomo Milano. About 200m from the square.

Great Italian style breakfast selection (conneto and cappuccino) we also ordered a mixed fruit platter and bagel with smoked salmon and a freddo latte for the kid. Good thing that they open early like 7:30am.

The staff were friendly even with some language barrier, they helped us to understand what was vegetarian friendly and put more milk in the hot chocolate when we had asked. Good prices and good variety of food choice.

The coctails (aperol, moscow mule) were nice, they gave us delicious snacks. :))

The food was delicious! We wanted to have breakfast here every morning. The choices were good, there is something for everyone and the coffee tasted great 👍 We enjoyed a nice time as well and it felt like a cozy cafe with high ceilings. Highly recommended and will return when we are in Milan!

The pizza was interesting looking and tasty! Aperol was great! Goo spot for quick stop.

Not sure why the score on this cafe is so low. We went in expecting it would be one of those high priced cafes by the duomo but to our surprise, the coffees were great and the pasty was amazing! We got the cream croissant, caprese croissant, chocolate canoli and 2 cappucinos for all under 10 euros! Great place to pick up some light breakfast food and then having it while enjoying the views of the duomo!

Very pleasant visit. Food is super, staff ist kind. "Italian coke" is really great. Can't wait to visit you again.

We had a croissant pistacchio and a croissant marmelatte. Also a chocolate chip cookie, a cappuccino and an espresso. The place is really nice!

I had the best cappuccino ever, I actually had 2 that is how good it was.

My breakfast was delicious but little.

The waiters speak little to no English but the service that we got from the young boy that served us was exceptional. He went above and beyond for us. He was awesome, he showed that it is not only through language or words that we as people can communicate 💕
