Hotel Roma Tor Vergata

Rooms and all are fine and this was pretty decent to stay . In the summer it was super cool . They have gym , 8 ball , excellent staff and a swimming pool as well long talk short , try it you won't be disappointed . One think it is 20 min away from the actual city. If you want some indepth indie side must try .

Pros: Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful (spoke English very well). The hotel is in a good location. Cons: beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. Also the air conditioning was broken in the building.

Save the best till last! We have recently toured round Italy and this Hotel was our most comfortable, once again quite a way out of the city accessed by tube, although the 10 minute walk in the dark if travelling solo wouldnt feel too comfortable if im honest, dark subways.
Comfortable beds, meticulously clean, warm welcoming staff only too pleased to help, special mention to Matteo serving in the restaurant, very polite, attentive and only too pleased to help obviously very passionate about providing an excellent service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Roma Tor Vergata, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that lasted throughout my entire stay.

My room was spacious and elegantly decorated. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was remarkable.

The hotel staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel like a valued guest. The dining experience was exceptional, with a diverse menu of delectable dishes prepared with utmost skill and creativity.

Overall, my stay at the Riverside Retreat was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and top-notch amenities made it a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a tranquil and indulgent getaway.

Fantastic weekend stay staff very helpful and all round fantastic experience metro 10 mins walk from hotel and little outdoor market round corner from hotel just a pain for food on a sunday but staff help us order something in to hotel

The rooms are super clean, large with a safe and refrigerator, the bed is super comfortable, the receptionist's attention is very good and the location of the hotel is excellent, 25 minutes from Rome airport and a few minutes from the most ironic attractions in Rome since It has a super close train station a 5-minute walk away, it has free private parking and in its surroundings you have many shops and stores where you can buy what you want, it is in a quiet and safe area.

Great hotel on a budget. Rooms are nice and cleaned well each day. The staff at reception and the restaurant are very friendly. The food in the hotel restaurant is brilliant. It’s a ten min walk to the metro and takes roughly 30 mins over 2 lines to the centre. Comments saying the hotel is around an unsafe area is total nonsense. The area is more then safe just a tad run down but certainly not rough. 100% recommend on a budget

We had an incredible experience whilst at the hotel. The staff were amazing and polite and room service was excellent. I had an issue with the safe and the hotel instantly helped us by calling out a technician. The breakfast area was lovely with a view and the food was also great. Would definitely recommend it and come back.

İf you have a car and want a cheap clean hotel near rome thats the correct place

Very clean rooms staff all very friendly and helpful. A very good choice of food at breakfast. Our kids loved the pool and gym. Would recommend coming here to stay. Close to the metro which I would recommend getting a week ticket for so you can go and explore Rome

We chose to ignore the bad reviews and judge for ourselves. This is a nice, well run hotel a little far from the centre of town. The closest metro is Torre Angela and is about 25 minutes to the centre which is an easy commute. Breakfast was great, the hotel was clean and tidy. Would recommend

Staff are very polite, the location is a bit far away from the center. But it's a good budget hotel. If you have a car you can park there too.

Very clean rooms and the staff is very polite.. breakfast here is very delicious.. the rooms are well maintained and the prices are reasonable if booked in advance. The city centre is a bit far from here but if you are willing to travel.. the public transport is available and a bus stop is 4 mins away by walk

HOTEL : Clean bathroom and room, comfortable bed, widescreen TV with cartoon channels, AWESOME breakfast (all kinds of coffee, tea, juices... assortment of pastries, toast and jellies, cheeses and meats, yoghurts, cereals, etc). Fitness center room is small, but has everything you need for a good sweat. Didn't use pool because it's too cool outside. Clean balcony. A/C worked good.

STAFF : Staff was very welcoming and kind. Quick service. Even made a copy for us free.

ClOSENESS TO ROME CENTER : Easy 10 minute walk to Metro Torre Gaia or Torre Angela to catch metro to city center. 45 minute ride on metro to center.

NEIGHBORHOOD : Needs some upkeep (I wonder where all of this Tourist Tax money is going???🤔🤔🤔) Blame the Roman government - invest the taxes in the people who pay them. Oh wait... now why would ya do that? 🤤🤤 However, the hotel premises, which is gated, IS clean.

TOURIST TAX : When you check out, you'll pay a tourist tax depending on how many nights and people. So for example, we were 3 people, 1 night. 4€ per person, per night (12€)

ADDRESSING COMPLAINTS : I wonder what the people who complained were expecting for 45€ a night - satin sheets and a Jacuzzi???? Sheesh. 🙄🙄🙄 Sure, there is minor cosmetic work that needs to be done on the hotel, but it doesn't affect the functionality of the hotel itself.

Excellent customer service, clean and nice room, rooms A/C worked well and had a nice pool and stuff to do in lobbies to pass by time. Everything was how we wanted 5/5
