Airport Camping

Very nice camp, clean and modern.
I thought that it might be crowded and not good quality, as it's next to the airport and many people have to go there because of logistics, but it turned out to be nice and cosy.

this place is awesome, you have there Access to hot showers for free, which is not common thing here in Iceland on camping sites accepting Camp Card... only thin which is missing here is place where you can heat-up your meal. here also is working method: "if you are leaving this place, Iceland - leave what you cannot Bring with you back to home instead of just throwing this into a trash."

Really ice and clean place

Cheapest campsite we stayed at in Iceland but also one of the best! Showers were hot and no time limit. Very clean and well maintained. Great place to stock up on left over food supplies and gas canisters at the start of your trip. Very convenient for getting to the airport early morning. If you're lucky, you might even get a super display of the Northern Lights.

Convenient location close to the airport. If the camping reception is empty, try the cabins. Clean kitchen spot with sinks to do the dishes, and the toilet/showers were very clean.

Managers weren't very friendly but there is wifi and clean facilities. No kitchen. Nice quiet location and close to the airport.

We just concluded our two week trip around the Ring Road and these are by far the nicest bathrooms and showers out of the campgrounds we stayed at. Conveniently located near KEF. Playground on site for the kiddos. Looks like little cabins are going in too. Also the fairest priced out of what we saw.

Overall good experience. Big cozy kitchen area, where you can hide from Rain or wind.

One of the best campings for me. The campsite keeper went to our tripcamper to ask foto the money very warmful, and the facilities were enough because we werent too many people

Nice and clean rooms, good owner that give keys at 2AM when we arrive. Just need to call him to meet...

It's beautiful but you have to bring your food as there isn't much around.

Platz mit sehr guter Infrastruktur (incl. Entsorgung und Bodenablass, Wifi), sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: nur 2 Toiletten und 1 Dusche pro Geschlecht

De los mejores campings de Islandia. Servicios limpios, duchas limpias y un salón/comedor/fregadero techado donde puedes comer al resguardo. Los dueños muy amables y el precio estándar (no recuerdo bien, pero entre 1200 y 1500 ISK por persona).

Lugar muy próximo al aeropuerto, muy bien cuidado y con un personal muy amable. La caseta un poco pequeña pero perfecto para una noche. La única pega que podría poner es que en la caseta cuando llegamos había unos cuantos mosquitos y una babosa.

Camping proche de l'aéroport mais très calme. Sanitaires propres, douches très spacieuses et chaudes. Prix très raisonnables (1000/pers)
