Big area to camp with the tents, next to the waterfall, really beautiful. Two bathrooms for all the camping, not a problem if you avoid the main hours.

It's a very beautiful and peaceful place. There is a free camping parking with tap water and clean bathrooms. The waterfall is so nice. Highly recommended!

Not enough WC. No shower. No hot water. Difficult. Near you can Go to Laki/Lakagigar 1H35 for 55 kilometers (45 kilometers of F Road).

Nice place to camp in van or tent for one night on our trip. There is toilets and cold running water to fill bottles. Also a kettle which was nice we didn't have to make coffee on our stove in the rain! Very cheap price 750isk per person and the owner comes around to collect the fee as there is no reception of sorts. Lovely stop for the night.

The campground feels almost hidden, as it’s situated on the nook of a mountain with a waterfall right behind it. Very cool campsite, though the bathrooms were a bit bug-infested so if you don’t like bugs too much, watch out

Great basic campsite with two toilets and a sink. It has plenty of space and payment is collected at night. It costs 750 IKR pr. person. The surrounding area is stunning and there is a waterfall nearby!

Very simple camping place in a beautiful location - by the waterfall. It was one of our favorites! There was no shower, but we didn't care that much - only two toilets and a cooking area with a sink. And an electric kettle, which was very useful!

Great place to stay. I've been there for a few days only, I won't forget it. It is a very beautiful area, with an incredible scenery. Concerning the accommodation, you've got all the basic things (a toilet, a sink, and a plug to charge anything). There is a gas station not far from the camp site (1 km approximately). Also, in Iceland water from rivers is drinkable !
To summarise, it's a very simple camp site, with just what you need to stay.

Camped here in June 2017. If the sounds of a waterfall puts you to sleep, this is the place to be as the nearby waterfall is just loud enough to hear. Soft grounds and the place quiet. Met people from Germany and the Netherlands here and all very sociable. Owners live in one of the houses further up the road and will stop by to collect camp fee which was affordable. Would recommend.

It is very simple campsite but it was so lovely! Very clean toilets, clean area with big sink to wash your dishes, picking benches around to have something to eat. And of course, the waterfall! Wow amazing location

If you only need a place to put up. Your tent legally, and do not need any facilities, it is a place for you. They have one sink, two clean toilets and that is it, but the price was 750kr per person as of 2017.

Back to the basics. The price is just 750ISK. And for this price you cannot expect all facilities. Just the basics are present (toilets and sinks) and they were clean. Nice waterfall close by.

Spectacular view of 2 water falls from your camp site if you are lucky and 1 if you are unlucky. The tent campers had an even better view but of only one water fall.

Very quiet and nice camping, simple services (two toilets and only cold water, pretty clean) but very nice position and views, expecially from the part reserved for tents.
