I loved this visitor center! The building design is as nice as it is on the inside. Plenty of space and well organized. The staff is very kind.

Tip: the hot chocolate is just Swiss Miss that you have to make yourself. Just carry cocoa mix and hot water with you.

I loved this waterfall. Make sure to go close and catch the rainbow. I also had no idea there were such spectacular views at the top-I wish i could have kept going! If I visit again, I would love to camp along the trail.

Nice clean friendly newly opened visitor centre. Missed it twice as road signage is bad, however the staff mentioned that the government will be putting up signage soon.

Visitor Center well maintained with clean restrooms. Rangers are well informed and friendly! Snacks, maps, and gifts available.

New tourist center, good,modern architecture. Just xopened!

The staff are really helpful here and there is also a short film to watch before venturing out onto the hikes. Worth a stop at to see the trails that are open. We went during the winter time so only the two main trails were open for traveling. You can also camp on the grounds here for a reasonable price. If you're traveling further east there is a larger glacier and diamond beach about 30 minutes away.

The information center was very helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and free! Nice place to stop.

We stopped by the visitor center on the way out of town and the staff there was very helpful in giving directions to sites we were visiting and were very knowledgeable of the area.

Lovely little exhibition and film about the history of the volcanic eruption. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
