حمام نوبر تبریز یکی از باشکوه‌ترین معماری‌های ایرانی بر جای مانده از اواسط دوران قاجار است. این حمام با مساحتی حدود ۷۰۰ متر مربع، در محل تقاطع دو خیابان اصلی و معروف شهر تبریز (امام خمینی و تربیت) واقع شده است. این حمام حدود ۱۴۰ سال پیش توسط معماری به نام بالاکاظم از اهالی قره‌ آغاج ساخته شد . با توسعه شهر تبریز و تخریب دروازه قدیمی، در مرکز شهر قرار گرفت. در نقشه شهر تبریز که پیش از سال ۱۲۴۳ هجری قمری تهیه شده، این حمام در نزدیکی دروازه نوبر مشخص شده است . در نقشه دارالسلطنه تبریز که متعلق به سال ۱۲۹۷ هجری قمری می‌باشد، این بنا با نام «حمام وزیر» دیده می‌شود.
