It is a department store, I never seen such in Kerala. You get almost what you need, whether it is building material or groceries except vegetables. But sad part is they charge you with MRP and Sometime you need to buy full set of item even if you don't need. Hence you won't see much rush as in other supermarkets.

The customer will get what they need and every type of items are available. The prices of some products are quite high and other product prices are normal. Royal Super Market has to improve their services.

Its a departmental store where u get most of the things under the sun.
