Just had some minor setbacks with my car on the way to Cherthala. The nearest centre was this. Since today is Sunday and the hour is late, I thought there wouldn't be anyone there. But from the security person to the staff named Job (I think) and a couple of young boys,all were super cooperative. A company surely needs staffs like this. Kudos to them.

I have recently visited the workshop.The way they treat their customers are excellent.Service advisors are so professionals and friendly especially Akhil Vaisakh , they explained everything about the work done for my vehicle and suggested how to maintain my car in good condition.I suggest these workshop as a first choice for maruti cars.

Based ony experience since 2021, I am very much satisfied with their excellent service and an always welcoming and customer friendly attitude. Recently I did the second year service in Bangalore with the help and coordination of PTA Popular Services especially by Mr. Sarath. They made everything easy and convenient for me. This is an appreciation review for that. Thanks team Popular PTA. Expecting the same quality of service in future as well.
