The building owner's son is so dumb( especially when it comes to return the deposit). He will assure you that he will refund the deposit on time but eventually when you follow up multiple times or call him for the amount, he will not pick his phone or give you any reply to your msgs. Pls never leave this property without settling the deposit amount or whatever you agreed(i.e. deduction of one month rent for the painting and maintenance ). He will also keep double of the electricity bill saying "I don't know how much bill will be generated"(which is understandable) but never going to refund the rest of the amount after the bill is paid.
