Tried the shanmukha special chicken biryani - cooked with long grain basmati rice 🌾 and tender boneless chicken 🍗 rustic spices not overly done .
Paneer biryani again is impressive and vegetarian s do try this you will love the aptly spiced one .

Came across Shanmukha Restaurant from the social media which was quite popular for its Hyderabadi style Biryanis.
Visited it's Jayanagar's branch. The seating, ambience was good, the staff were friendly and the service was decent.
Tried some of their Signature dishes like Shanmukha special chicken boneless biryani, Fish special biryani and Shanmukha special chicken wings.
The wings were deep fried and were tossed with some masalas which gives it a semi dry kinda dish which tasted good and talking about biryanis, the flavours, spice was on point and tasted really good. The quality and quantity of their biryanis were on another level. Surprisingly, i personally liked special fish biryani more than chicken boneless biryani.
A proper value for money when it comes to Biryanis both in terms of pricing(affordable) and quantity which was quite huge when compared to other restaurants.

The food was really nice. I tried many restaurants in Bangalore. I would say this restaurant is one of the best. The price is also very reasonable. The food quality and taste was good. The special Shanmukha veg dum biryani is a must try. It's very good and the portion of food was also quite enough. Please make sure you order less in the beginning as you might not be able to complete it fully. This restaurant also accepts swiggy pay where you can get an additional 10 to 20% discount.

The best place for jain clg students to get affordable biriyani options in large quantities and totally love the taste of every single one their Shanmugha special is really good and many other appetizers too are good

Visited this restaurant recently and had a very good experience! The place is maintained very well. The service was very quick and the staff are very attentive.

Coming to the food, the starters were the show stoppers for sure! We absolutely loved the fish starters, we had ordered fish chilli and fish pepper fry, the fish was so fresh and soft that it just melts in your mouth. Prawns 65 was pretty great as well. We tried the Chicken Lollipop,shanmukha special chicken, Andhra chicken ghee roast, they tasted great. The shanmukha special boneless biriyani was mild, flavourful,aromatic and tasted great. Would definitely visit here again.

Located near JP Nagar Central Mall, this place is famous for it's biryani and I have heard about it multiple times. So finally went there to taste the biriyani and trust me it was mind-blowing. The bisi bisi biriyani made with long grained rice had generous amount of small boneless chicken pieces soaked in the fragrance of masala. The chicken melts in mouth and each mouthful creates a riot on the tastebud. I was also pleasantly surprised to taste their wide array of starters and I recommend the following: Malai kebab, Prawn pepper fry, Lemon chicken, Chicken wings. The ambiance is well-lit and very well decorated. The stuff are courteous and they serve with smile despite heavy rush. Service is surprisingly quick and price is reasonable.

Shanmukha

Got a chance to visit Shanmukha which is in Jaynagar, and the experience has been very good. Great place to dine. Good food and friendly staff. The service is pretty fast. Lovely ambience and very cozy seating.

Coming to food, it was amazing (both in taste and presentation) right from the starters to desserts it was really good. For the starters we had fish chilly and Prawans 65 they were amazing and chicken ghee roast and chicken lollipop which were good. For the main course we had, Shanmukha special biryani, it was one of the best biryani I had in bangalore. Quantity is huge so you can share single regular biryani with three people.

Overall it's a nice place to chill out with your loved ones and friends. The food and service are great. The prices are also reasonable, would recommend it if you are near Jaynagar.

Ooh what a place and what amazing food this place serves. I visit this place yesterday and was up for a surprise.
They serve many varieties of dishes and that too on a very pocket friendly budget.
We ordered various items such as:

Lemon chicken
Chicken Lollypop
Special Chicken wings
Prawns 65
Ghee roast
Fish pepper fry

Everything was great, My favorite were the prawns.
After this we had still some space and appetite left for biryani hence we asked for recommendations and ordered there boneless chicken biryani and we were not disappointed.

You can expect delicious Hyderabadi and North Indian cuisine from their elaborate menu..
We started with the juicy, tender Chicken Malai Kebab. It was so delicious that we wanted to order it twice.
Prawn pepper fry: The prawn was fresh and completely coated in spices which created a tingling sensation in our taste buds.
Lemon chicken: After many days I had a real good lemon chicken. Boneless chicken was cut into strips and stir fried in a generous amount of lemon sauce with onion and bell pepper.
Even the Hariyali paneer was too tempting to handle for your cravings.
Special Chicken wings were equally good and rich in flavour.
Their special boneless chicken biryani and mutton Keema biryani is the flavour blaster. It's the specialized dish from the menu. The long grain biryani rice was evenly coated with the flavour and spices. You can taste flavourful chicken pieces in almost every bite..
Also, if you want to have roti or naan go ahead with butter chicken. I'm sure you'll be delighted..

Visited it for Saturday Lunch with a small group and it was a great experience for foodies in us. The staff is great, service is fast and ambience is very comfortable.

It is famous for Biriyani, so tried Paneer Biriyani. Loved every bit of it, from flavor to portion size to it not being over spicy. It didn't have all those unnecessary veggies as well.

In starters, BabyCorn Chili and Paneer chili were as good as in any restaurant in Bangalore. Crispy, Crunchy and made with properly balanced usage of sauces, making it neither too sweet nor too spicy. Hariyali Paneer Tikka was also really good and tasted well with Mint Chutney.

They serve North Indian main course with near to authentic taste. Loved Tandoori Roti and Daal fry especially. Daal fry had flavorful tadka as we get in a desi dhaba style place. Paneer Butter Masala and Naan Combo is one good to go combo here in Main Course.

Don't forget to try Gulab Jamun at the end as it was really really good.
Over all a really good place to dine in, alone or with family and easily accessible from all locations.

Very proper location and a great homely ambience. Perfect for family or friends. Food was excellent. Be it taste or quality. Tried almost all of their chicken and fish starters and i must say it was all so spicy tasty and yum. Again being Andhra cuisine it was not that spicy also..
A must try is the lemon chicken and chili fish.😋😋.. the taste still revolves in my mind. Lastly their boneless biriyani. Nothing new to say about this as its already famous in town. Absolutely delicious.

Visited for lunch and ordered the special shanmukha biryani with some non vegetarian starters: murgh malai kabab, chicken ghee roast, drumsticks, lemon chicken, prawn pepper fry and fish chilly

Loved the biryani, mildly spiced, well cooked and using the long grain rice, served in iron vessel sufficient for two people. In the starters , my favourite was murgh malai kabab and drumstick

They have ample seating and options for vegetarian folks too!

Boneless Chicken biriyani is the best. I have never tasted such tasty biriyani recently. I would recommend to have some of the fresh juices instead of bottled drinks...Hope you take this feedback

This place is a heaven for non vegetarian people. Simple ambience with ample of seating area. Must try their chicken biryani, chicken wings, prawns 65, Chilly fish and harabhara paneer. Good place for a family gathering.

Well There 's so many branches of it in Bengaluru , I explored the JP Nagar joint with my folks that's suituated in the heart of the city
And it was a absolute delight
It's ambiance was super clean I liked the service Perfect family place

Aroma of spice tickled my taste buds
I was completely enchanted by their food
And In one Briyani quantity was enough to feed 4 people that too at such a affordable price

In one word I would like to conclude
