Excellent temple. Very well managed by volunteers. They have sevas for all occasions. Apart from Lord Hanuman, the main deity atop the hill, there are many other God's in the same premises. The temple is clean and spacious

This is one beautiful temple and a famous one in JP Nagar. The temple contains several small temples apart form the lord Hanuman main temple on a small hill. The view is very nice from the top. Greenary is awesome inside the temple and many clicks can be taken. Beautiful artwork and the eagle carrying the temple kind of look is awesome.

The temple is very peaceful. But I don't recommend for very old people with nee problem, as one has to go through staircase to reach the mai Hanuman temple. You can get laddu prasad at Rs.10/-

One of the ancient, one of the best and one of the greatest Hanuman temples in the whole of Karnataka, India.
I have been going to this temple especially on Hanuman jayanti and this time, I had to wait/stand 1+Hr in queue before I could make it to the sacred Santorum of the lord.
Jai Bhajarangi 🙏

Very nice temple. Visited on Sunday and not crowded. Starting you can see a nice big Ganesha temple with Navagrahas.(Never see this kind of Navagrahas idols anywhere). Once you go up, you can see Lord Hanuman with Shiva and Vishnu. Everything is organized including the chappal stand.

Ragi Gudda temple translates to a temple on a hill made of Ragi. This is a temple for Sri Prasanna Anjaneya Swami ( Lord Hanuman). This temple also has Sannidhi's for Lord Ganapathi, Shiva, Ram and Navagraha. The place is very serene and calm. The best time to visit is during the evenings. The temple complex also has a Bhajan hall where Carnatic music concerts are conducted, a library, Annadhan place, Prasadam counter and temple offices. One great remark is that the devotees volunteer here with activities like Prasadam distribution, Free Chappal stand etc. Do read about the temple history and definitely visit this place if you are in Bangalore. May Lord Hanuman bless you with abundance and protect you from any negative influences.
Jai Shri Ram 🙏

A big temple complex with multiple small temples.

Don’t miss visiting huge stone carving of Trimurthis (it’s behind buildings you see once you climb down from the hill).

The main Anjeneya temple is on top of the hill (gudda in Kannada). Special Pooja and food distribution happens every Saturday noon.

One of the best places to feel blessed and divine. It could have been better if the property was maintained in some places like the kids play area and near to trimurti's statue.

Barely 200 meters from Ragigudda Bus stop.
The moment i went into main temple that moment i was lost, the God Murti are just mesmerising.

You can get all offering things outside temple. Have to reach hill top to see God.

The place was quite and super clean.

The temple dedicated to Ram, Lakshman, Sita, Lord Ganesh, and Hanuman is an incredibly beautiful and divine place. Despite its age, it is well-maintained, retaining its charm and spiritual aura. The presence of the deities imparts a sense of serenity and reverence. The architectural beauty of the temple is awe-inspiring, reflecting the rich cultural heritage it holds. Whether you seek solace or wish to experience the divine atmosphere, this temple is a must-visit. It serves as a timeless symbol of faith and devotion, leaving a lasting impression on all who visit.

One of the temples in the Jayanagar that must be visited with family. Great vibe and the entry/exit, footwears collections etc. are all well organized.
Parking could be a problem.
Senior citizens/specially-abled people might find it difficult to climb the stairs to take the darshan on the hill-top.
I could not find the ramp as well to facilitate. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Puliogare prashad is a must try and my kids will have it in a timeless loop.
If visiting on weekend or auspicious day, try to visit it as early as 6 - 6.30 to avoid the crowd.
Keerthan/bhajan will also happen quite often.

Visited on Sunday. Went early morning at around 8 in the morning. There was no rush in the temple premises and I was very calm and cool. Beautiful Lord Hanuman Temple on the top of the hill. It is a very nature friendly temple with greenery all around.Neatly maintained premises. I think this temple is a must visit in Bangalore. Well organized and a must visit place and also there is prohibited from taking photos of the idols..

Sri Hanuman is the very embodiment of Bhakthi, “The Bhaktha of Bhakthas”. His adoration of the incarnate divinity of Rama is absolute. A very popular god among the rural as well as among the urban folks. He is worshiped for various benefits: health, wealth, happiness, fulfillment of desires, success and magical accomplishments.

The history behind the name of the temple is as fantasizing as Hanuman Leelas. It is believed that a big heap of Ragi (a food grain) turned out to become a stone, hence the name “Ragigudda”. At the time of incidence The Thrimurthies, Lord Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshwara who visited the place, wished to stay there permanently changing themselves into 3 big stones pillars. Their presence here stands as a witness to all the developments so far, and for the future developments.

Back in 1969, the temple is the effort of a group of dedicated youth, influence of the situation then and the encouragement of the people around the area which gave strength and determination to bring up a small temple of lord Hanuman at the hilltop and now it is a big temple complex of Lord Sri Seetha Rama Swamy, Lord Sri Ganesha, Bhagavathi, Sri Rajarajeshwari and Navagrahas with individual uniqueness. The temple was built in 1969 and was registered in the year 1972. The total area of the temple is around 5 acres. “Sri Hanumajjayanthi” is celebrated for 12 days. Special poojas, abhishekasm, homas are the distinct feature of these 12 days. Mahaprasada is served to all the devotees on all the 12 days and nearly 35000 devotees on the last day.🩷

Visited last Sunday...went early at 8 am.
... no rush very calm and quiet. Beautiful lord Hanuman temple at the hill top. It's a very nature friendly temple with greenery, breeze. Neatly maintained it is located in small hill where 50-60 steps ஏ there to reach top of the temple. All steps are fully covered so even in rainy days or hot summer no need to worry about it. I think it is must visit temple in Bangalore. Very organised and a must visit place

Beautiful temple located in Bangalore. Well managed and a must visit place to seek blessings when in Bangalore. Do note the temple timings, there are few stairs to climb so do take a note of that, but there is also a lift facility for the elders so nothing to worry. Overall a very Divine place 🙏
