Good place but with perpetually bad 50% veggies. Every time I order 4 to 5 types of veggies, one set is bad. Either it is really bad or so raw that we’ll grow old waiting for it to ripe. Today was tomato day!! The delivery guy told me u can still eat it. I asked if he would pick these for his house and he says no!! Last time few potatoes had big almost 2cm dia holes and they delivered them. Once some capsicum were very bad.
I am sometimes helpless and have to order. But felt like informing the masses!!

The concept is great, just what is required but execution/implementation having too many mistakes, non-delivery and the like. Customer Care almost impossible to get through, they do get back to your issue on ‘Chat’ that too after sometime when you have given up waiting and they say since you are not online we are sorry for your inconvenience and the money has been refunded. But that really does not help. For example I have daily requirement of milk and if not delivered have to take the trouble of going out to get my requirement. Did not expect this from a TATA Enterprise. Need to pull up your socks.

Had signed up for a subscription around the 15 th of Dec 23 for Gokul Milk from the 1st of Jan 24. Had discontinued the previous service on the assurance the milk will be delivered by 7 am .

There was no notification when I contacted the contact numbers in the app they were invalid . Tried chat apart from the standard apology there was no acknowledgement of the chat nor a resolution.

Wrote to then to cancel the subscription and refund the amount . There was absolutely no reply .

Today I receive the following message.

Dear Customer,
Greetings from bbdaily. Apologies, due to operational issue, we were unable to deliver any Milk and Non Milk orders to you today. We are working to ensure deliveries stabilize over the next 24 hrs. A refund will be processed for any undelivered products ordered by you within 24hrs. Thanks for the understanding. Team bbdaily..

And around 10.30 the bell rings and milk left at the door.

Extremely shocked with the service from Big Basket Daily. What do I do now with the unsolicited extra milk packets ?? Not a Tata service 😡

Consistently late deliveries with no option of cancelation. They give themselves a window of 4 hours. Meanwhile we have to run out to buy milk for breakfast and do not need an extra milk. Very frustrating experience so far and I am a new subscriber.

I am not able to place order even before 10am when tried to place order, and its continue from last 12 Days.
When approched Customer care, got lame excuses.
Seems Big basket came to end.
I hope big basket is stop working atleast in Pune.
Some time when i had compare the price with other portal Price is High also. and Sometime Rubbish delivery.
Please do not prefer

Very poor delivery service. Whenever ordered milk packet either got delivered too late after taking follow up from customer service team or not delivered.

The biggest problem is their agent who delivered the product he always messes up with and then the second one is their customer service who never responds to those concerns. Pathetic service.

Big Basket has a highly inefficient delivery service. 4 times in this week subscription items were not delivered.
And when they do deliver, packages of items are torn or muddied, or are left outside the bag kept.

Bad experience Bb daily person told that there will be no delivery charges but now I see delivery charges applied to all products. Worst experience

I am not getting milk delivery since last 05 days, however no any response from them. Really cheap and unacceptable service. How can I close my bbdaily wallet to get wallet amount back?
