Smart point beach road

As usual, just like every RELIANCE store, this is also a good place. But very few people know this place and I urge the Store Manager to atleast try "ADVERTISE" this store location at nearby junction so that more people could come here. The Kollam beach is just opposite 1min walk from this shop and I'm sure that still, NOBODY has any idea there is a RELIANCE store here, otherwise this would be a great place to shop also.

Very bad seevice

Actually wanted to give 0 star rating but option was not there......one of the bad experience i had in smart point beach road kollam...... I have been shopping many supermarket in kollam but this one worst ever ...... I picked baby cream and few groceries and went to billing counter....baby cream MRP mentioned 150 Rs and billing counter staff saying in system it's showing 162 Rs and he says that I have to decide whether to buy at their price or not. So you cheat customer saying discount price and charge more....I'm not asking any discount but MRP price.... Whether it is small item or big , you can't do injustice to the customer ...... I will strongly recommend people and my neighbours not to buy from your store

Very bad behavior from staffs.. Last week we went for a purchase at 8:30pm and the staff were suddenly shouted to us and said they were closed.. They are not maintaining proper closing time.. Evng staffs are very rude..
