Who doesn't love shopping? I think everyone does. Mcleodganj market is so colourful, inviting, attractive. I suggest you to walk through the market without any vehicle, else you will stuck in traffic. You will find street food, decorative items stalls, clothing stall, beverages, bakery etc. In the middle of the market you will also come across Dalai Lama monestry as well. Must visit. The price is reasonable. The path of the market is so good & pleasant. Must visit in the evening.

A good place to visit for some local shopping and local food options from street food to high end restaurants.
A common observation is that the shop owners don't bargain much like they do in Sarojini market in Delhi or Fashion street in Mumbai. They however are polite and respect your decision.
You can buy shawls, winters clothing, handcrafted items here. This is the only and the largest market place in the area. Timings are 9 am to 9 pm and weekends result in traffic.

Very beautiful local market where I keep on strolling. Local Tibetans sell amazing jewelleries, hand woven woolens, souvenirs and have cute shops with paintings and so many other colourful products. Always love having softy at the Main Chowk and it is such a delightful and happening market.

A serene and soothing hill station to calm your soul. One can enjoy their visit to its best. The weather is really great at almost everytime of the year. The market got variety of shops for shopping freaks. There are great options of streetfood too such as momos, paani puri, chicken, etc. The coffee in the chilly weather is a must. Being a non-vegetarian, egg omlete is a must. A maggi in hills is heaven. No matter how much cold it is, I'd still have an ice cream. I had this double duo vanilla chocolate cone at the mall of mcleodganj. I also tried the lip smacking chocolate brownie which was none less than a heaven for chocolaty lovers.

McLeodganj is pride of Dharamshala. It has countless tourist attractions like HPCA Cricket stadium, Bhagusnath Waterfall, Triund Trek, kalachakara Temple, Dal Lake, Naddi, Dalai Lama temple and and many more. Beautiful market to explore. All types of cafes here to explore. Market is full with old and new clothes and some antique pieces are also a available here. Mostly items are related to Buddhist culture. Only thing is vehicle are moving on the mall road which creates disturbance. Remember to park your car in the parking and walk, People who are exploring the market should try the local momos shops.

Good market with a lot of cafes. It's better to go to the market on weekdays rather on weekends as on weekends it is fully packed. The traffic is itna, we can literally say " mumbai ka maza ab mcleodganj me aa raha hai".

The market is like a super big version of Delhi's Majnu ka Tila. It offers everything you need from food, clothing, accesories or something else. A huge range of products which are of Tibet culture or Desi.

I love the vibes of the market. The beautiful aura that is created by the fragrances of the incense sticks, the walking monks and the humble sweet accent and gesture of the Tibetan people.

It's such a great thing to experience. You'll find it super busy, crowded and chaotic on weekends or busy days but it's worth to hang around exploring the cafes and shopping the accesories at the local shops.

Near Dharamsala. I visited on a day when it was not crowded (COVID effect)... otherwise it is fairly crowded. The market is full of shops selling Tibetan items. Good eating joints and local market. Best explored on foot.
