Deccan Education Society's New English School(NEST)

I completed my BED internship in this school.
I got everything that every student teachers want. There is most talented teachers staff. They are more innovative and hardworking.

One of the bestest schools of my life. The teachers are so humble and helpful. This school is a lot better than any other private schools.

New English School building is excellent. Nice playgrounds for students Good Planetarium. I think it has a great infrastructure for school. Very good Ganesh Hall. Excellent clean auditorium. Buildings appear to be very good and give a nice feeling of old grandeur. Very pleasant experience.

Best School with Good Teachers

This is the first school started by Lokmanya Tilak, Gopal Ganesh Agarakar, Mahadev Namjoshi, Vishnushastri Chiplunkar.
Originally started in Nana Wada and then shifted to this building. The building is constructed with stones.

It’s very old educational institution, it offers education as well as sportsmanship lessons to their students.

I did complete my primary and secondary education from this school. I had been there for almost 6 years and I really enjoyed working over there.

School has great infrastructure, expert teachers and modern facilities. It was one of the best school in my era.

The school has been one of the first school's started by the Indian founding members.

1. There seem to have been many changes to the original structure. This has been done in order to have better and progressive view but unfortunately this also has lead to destroy it's aesthetic appeal and historical significance.

2. The school has always been accepting students from all corners of the society. But to ensure brighter future of the school and of the alumni base, an entrance exam is a must.

3. The way things have changed, I sincerely hope it's not just being money minded approach to the entire additional structures building spree.

Hope to see my Alma mater blossom to the new highs of glory ever ahead!

It's the best damn school in the whole world. The teachers for my batch were great. The principal was Mone sir, and he did cut down some half days but he really did a great job. All the teachers, even the strict ones were really attached to students. It offered many opportunities if the contact with the respective teachers was good and either way the school showed us love and care, there is a factor of some bad influence from some kids and if known how to deal with them then it was never a problem. Also the school teaches you not only acedemicly but also how to deal with the society with kids from different backgrounds and positions. If anyone is lucky as I was with the staff then believe me it's the greatest experience.

Historical Building, great staff, good connections, best school in Pune.

This school campus is good. And also have large playground for boys. Cleaning staff is there with actively working. I visited thisbcampus for an event only.
