My 1st time experience with surgery...was bit uncomfortable. But thankful to all smooth process and hospital support to create a comfortable and smooth experience. Going through a surgery itself is mentally challenging. Feels good to receive a conductive environment here! Thank you

My uncle who is a regular patient of Dr. Mundle was referred to Dr. Palshikar for angiography at Sanjeevan Hospital. During the angiography, Dr. Palshikar found two blocks (>90%). Angioplasty was recommended and they began the procedure as soon as we approved it. Everything went smoothly and my uncle was shifted to ICU, and finally discharged the next day. He was kept in general ward. The ward was absolutely clean and the nurses and the other staff was so warm and helpful. I must mention the fantastic help and cooperation we received from billing and admin people. Their interdepartmental communication is so efficient - each person knew exactly what needed to be done. Uncle was admitted through CGHS - Diksha madam knew exactly what needed to be done. Discharge procedure was very smooth and without any hurdles. Even the polite security guards bid us farewell with a smile.

I have a good experience with Dr. Kiran, Dr. Munot and Sister Mrs. Mugdha while my tests of 2D Echo and Stress Test. All are very polite and they had taken very much care. With warm regards, Prafulla Subhedar

A close relative had a surgery. The Surgeons and Physicians took the time to explain the procedure in detail. The surgery was performed successfully. All staff was very professional, competent, kind, and helpful. A very positive experience overall. A big thank you to all staff involved!

Very nice hospital with all facilities and the staff were very friendly. We were well informed about all the procedure and treatment. My wife toe nail bed operation was done successfully by Dr. Jindal.

Only 1 suggestion from my side that please change the bed sheets and pillow covers at night rather than early morning at 6 am when patients are in deep sleep and gets disturbed as it is difficult to sleep again.

Rest everything was great. Thanks for good service and we recommend others also.

Sanjivan Hospital
The best, clean hospital and doctors I have ever seen after such a long time and in this pandemic situation. My parents had been struggling with Corona virus since last 20 days. Having consulted with Dr. Mukund Penurkar, Dr. Bahar kulkarni, Dr. Aditi Penurkar, Dr. Dixit, Dr.Supriya, Dr.Akshay, we now feel like having a new lease of life. All the doctors at Sanjivan are such wonderful doctors who have the ability to understand their patients' feelings and their experiences. Each one of them is a real empathetic personality. Doctor shared their knowledge with us by being so humble and egoless even in this busy schedule. All the doctors have the ability to take right decisions within shortest possible time and because of the same my parents came out of this dangerous situation. I am really very grateful to Sanjivan that we have such quality healthcare providers around us.
Over and above, Nursing staff at this hospital is outstanding. Each nurse took care as if a patient is from their own family.
I am assured that we got the best possible treatment. My parents are certainly in safe hands now. Coming to doctors at Sanjivan is like dealing with the trusted family. We got a real 'Sanjivani' against this Corona virus.

Hospital and its services are best, No doubt in the quality of medication and treatment given.
Cleanliness is well maintained, staff behaviour is very polite and helpful.
Suggestion: Please increase canteen facilities and services to patients like include at least patients foods with room services.

The procedure is very fast and the nurses are really humble. The doctors are experienced and skilled and are very humble with the patients. The cleaning staff comes for clean up time to time. A very good and clean hospital. Visiting this hospital since 2007 And has always proven its quality.

Had a successful surgery under Dr. Aditya Deshpande. He is a source of confidence and this confidence flows into the patient and family members. Thanks also to Dr. Mukund Penurkar and Dr. Anantbhushan Ranade, the Medical, Nursing team and staff.

Got COVID vaccination for parents here. Very good arrangements. Have token system and they give tentative time frame of when one can come, one can call - check the current number and then come, have done arrangements to seat in shade, one can maintain social distancing while seating. Staff is polite and very cooperative.

It was great experience and thanks to doctor and team staff specially Rohit kamble and Nitin.
They were polite and helpful behaviour.
I used to call them many times while treatment and they were always available within a small timestamp.

This feedback is for my COVID-19 hospitalization at Sanjeevan Hospital, Pune, MH

First of all, I wish to thank all of my attending physicians Dr. Amit Sambare and Dr. Mukund Penurkar, the RMOs, administrative staff and nursing staff, Mamas and Maushis for making my hospital stay most comfortable.

My special thanks to Dr. Bahar Kulkarni for his continuous help, support and encouragement to me and my whole family from getting out of stress during and post hospitalization.

Facilities: Excellent
Hospital Staff: Very cooperative and friendly.
Medical Services: Excellent.
Medical Store: Excellent
Other: They have coordinated end-to-end for getting my Chest HRCT done at Poona Hospital twice.
Administration: Excellent. Especially good help and support from Mr. Sachin Bhagwat for my insurance claim documentation after my discharge from hospital.
House Keeping: Good Services. Except that they used to wake me up early in the morning at 5:00 AM for making bed. I have ignored it considering the amount of work that they need to do every day. :)
Food Services: Excellent. Food quality was good, and food was delivered right on time throughout the day.
Service Quality Feedback: An officer from Administration has visited for seeking our feedback on overall service quality. A couple of minor issues reported were resolved promptly.
Post Hospitalization: Excellent help and support.
Areas of Improvements: Scope of improvement for adding more medical facilities and diagnostics services so that patients can avail the same in-house instead of going back-n-forth to other hospitals and diagnostics centers

I had 2 surgeries here, my mother had one surgery at this hospital. My father visited this hospital as OPD patient.
I got operated by Dr. Bahar Kulkarni for one surgery, and by Dr. Pankaj Jindal for other. My mother got operated by Dr. Bahar Kulkarni.
Excellent hospital, you are sure that you are in safe hands.
Doctors like Dr. Bahar Kulkarni, Dr. Nakul Shah, Dr. Penurkar, Dr. Pankaj Jindal the entire team of doctors at this hospital is excellent team. They all are co-operative and all ensure that whoever is the patient, must be cured and treated well so that the patient goes home on his/her own feet.
All the supporting doctors, support staff are excellent. All nurses, boys, mamas and maushis look after patient with utmost care.
Cleaning at hospital is good, rooms are specious.
I do recommend this hospital.

We went here for Dr. Nakul Shah for Knee replacement surgery. Overall it was good experience including interaction and information we received from Nakul sir, treatment we received, cleanliness and overall facilities. Communication and coordination can be better and you need to pay more attention on what’s going. Otherwise it was good experience.

I and my Son both were admitted in this Hospital during last week of Sept 20 to first week of Oct 20, for Covid -19 treatment. Services we received during hospitalisation were so best that I cann’t spell in words. Everybody from Doctors, Administrative staff to Mama are co-operative. Doctors paid visits daily with smiling face and heard us very Calm and quietly. Sisters and Brothers have very very good at their services. Billing section/Medical Store staff are also co-operated lot.

Admitted my parents in covid ward , the team of doctors and nurses was excellent. Especially administration team is very efficient and cooperative.

I, tested positive for covid on 7th September after which I immediately consulted Dr. Mukund Penurkar who suggested me to get admitted to Sanjeevan Hospital. The entire staff was present 24/7 if needed and made sure every patient is getting treated properly not just medically but emotionally too. I feel isolation is itself a big task, staying away from your loved ones is difficult but the staff made sure to give moral support which helped me stay positive during this difficult time. Special thanks to Dr. Bhamare and Dr. Sharmila Mhaskar for their assistance and support. Hats off to all medical staff and doctors at Sanjeevan Hospital. This was definately a scary experience but the doctors and staff made sure to maintain a positive approach throughout.

Had my and my wife's covid19 vaccination here. A perfect place to have your vaccination. The whole staff was very humble and co-operative. The process was very smooth. Clean and hygienic center.
